Likes

The admission process is throughout easy and simple
The faculties are very well experienced and trained with handling of instruments
Campus location is between the city. So you don't have to worry about transportation issues.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is old as the college is old but well established
There are not many cultural events held in college
Practical results are sometimes not correct . As fridges and lab instruments contain fungal growth.

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm pursuing master's degree in biotechnology the course duration is of 2 years with 5 semester including six months of dissertation from any established lab. The faculty members are well experienced and trained with instrument handling. You should have your own spirit of study to get leveled with the faculty members

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities are there in college and you have to apply by your own for six months of training, after which the there is seminar program to conclude your six months of training by giving a knowledge about your internship program

Fees and Financial Aid

My college is a government college affiliated to Barkatullah University the fees structure is very simple 35-40 k for two years of course excluding exam fees of semester exams. The scholarship is available for the eligible students. Other governmental schemes are also available for the students. Since this is a government science college there is no chance of campus pickup. You have to search and apply by your own accordingly.

Campus Life

Campus is very well established with clean decent living classes. On the bank of lake which is a very fascinating site for students and visiters. There are many clubs and groups related to cultural and devotional activities.

Admission

My college is a government college affiliated to Barkatullah University bhopal and the admission process is done through a counseling program,the councling is organised with 6 round of level and the preference is given according to the under graduate performance .

My choices in studies accompanied with struggles.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Chemistry is a subject that has been used in literally everything like pharmaceuticals, industrial work and teaching too. There are our teachers who help us to do experiments in the lab since chemistry is a practical subject so need to have a good knowledge of practicals but sometimes due to lack of chemicals and lack of good machines there is some difficulty in obtaining results In order to improve the whole thing first we need to fix the devices and have a good budget for apparatus too. The 1st and 3rd semester are quite long while the 2nd and 4th semester are quite short but the syllabus in these are almost same so we need to change the weightage of syllabus according to semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I already had a bsc degree in genetics so I decided to fine tune my intrest and go for Microbiology. It's extremely entertaining to learn. Real world application are extremely important as described by our head of department who also guides us and improves our knowledge about it simultaneously. The professors are extremely capable to handle their subjects and the course lessons taught have direct relation to the applications in real life.

Remarks:

in the above field, the view I gave was totally good. just a few negative things left so they are here; university campus is located in a remote area so there is transportation issue as well as the connectivity issue even after being the wifi campus. but I am sure that the university staff is doing their best to solve each and every problem faced by students.

They approve Cuet and merit based counsellation. On the website of Barkatullah University you can apply for it. As my Course is Bcom Hons My annual fee is 25000.
