Course Curriculum Overview

We can develop our skills by learning computer coding languages as we need them in the future, and we should focus on our communication skills as well. We should develop our leadership qualities as well, for a better future.

Internships Opportunities

Some companies like tcs are offering internships in our college but they don't give us stipends, they give us only certificates and we work for them only for that certificate, in 1st year I haven't done any project cause college has. 1 rule is that 1st year students do not have to do any project.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements, the companies life infosys, tcs have visited our college, the average package is 3.6lakh per annum and the highest is 18lakh per annum, 60 % of students are getting placement for average Salary, my plan is to establish business after getting a degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

My academic fees are 126500, and the exam fees are 4000 per year so I'm paying more than 130000 including all other fees, some scholarships are available for students of any caste like reliance scholarships, etc, but my college does not give any stipends to us.

Campus Life

Only 2 annual technical festivals are held in college, namely hackathon and techno fest, there is a wide range of books available in our library, but sports and extracurricular activities are very good in this college, no one focuses on our activities in college. There are some groups that run social groups to improve students' skills for example- GDSC.

Admission

Eligibility of course is that you should have passed 12th from Maharashtra board and also, you should have scored 82+ percentile in the CET examination. You can find the application form and all details regarding admission in the college itself. College should take exams after some gaps, the admission process is well going. College should not change anything in the admission process.

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is 1/60, all of the faculty members are well educated and have good teaching skills, but some of them dont have a sense of how should they talk with their students, some faculty members take students for granted, we can interact with teachers in lecture or after lecture but they should be free from their busy schedule.

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.
