Course Curriculum Overview
BSW provides me with such an opportunity. However, the teachers sometimes lag the portions making it difficult towards the end-semester exams. The course helps you face the real world by entering field work which is a part of my curriculum that helps me build my confidence while dealing with clients.
Internships Opportunities
The intership opportunity given to the students are of one month and the students should be able to find the agency and do the necessary paperworks. As for bsw students they have been assinged whole over india to different ngo's and they do their work and submit daily reports to the agency aswell as to the faculty
Fees and Financial Aid
I was late to my admission thus i got management seat for me each semester is 50000rs where as if you get your admission through merit seat the fees gets to 23000rs . The college also provides different types of scholarships that is based on sports of which are part of government Programs . The complete cost of my education is 3,00,000rs and additional charges for college programs that includes union fees and Bsw national conference fees , camp fees etc..
Campus Life
The campus life is an excellent in christ college irinjalakuda as for the programs they are being held for every festival that includes onam, christmas, halloween etc.., some of the classes have smartboards which makes the classes easier for the teachers. They are so many different types of sports and extracurricular activities offered on our campus that includes football, basketball, cricket, shot put, boxing, weightlifting, kho kho, bodybuilding, swimming etc.. the college also have different types of clubs like CSA , theatre club, dance club etcc
Admission
The eligibility for the course is an passing percentage of 55 percent marks in class 12 . The application form can be found in the official website of christ college Irinajakuda , the fee structure can be different accordingly as to the seat they get . The admiss Process starts from January. They should improve the admission process by providing more information about the start and end of admission process .
Faculty
Almost every teacher i have come across have been supportive towards the students and help them in their studies while some other teachers sometimes holds their personal grudges towards the students and target them accordingly
