The Btech Course in Computer Science is good as it is the most demanded right now in this time. Be it any course, in this time majority of the courses is going to work in IT sectors only. So this helps you prepare beforehand for future. They cover various aspects like open source , web development , database managment , data structures etc. The exams happen at an interval of 1 month and 10 days. There are 3 exams overall which adds to your CGPA. This course is helpful for this time as the future is mostly based on computer knowledge.

Internship is really good here. Companies like Amazon, Google, Paypal, Microsoft hire from here. They offer stipend too that is around 1 lakh for this year for top students. While there is also constantly internship offers coming for students at any time.

The campus placment is good compared to other colleges. From around their 8th semester they are eligible for campus placements. There are good companies that land here in college like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Adobe, De Shaw, Atlassian, Uber, CISCO, LinkedIn etc. The Highest package for this year goes around 60lpa by LinkedIn. Followed by 52lpa by Microsoft , 38lpa by CISCO etc. The average package goes around 9 lpa with median package being around 7lpa. Most get placed by companies.

The Fee structure for the course is around 1 lakh 60 thousand ruppes per semester. It also has around 34 thousand ruppes development fees. With addition to Jaypee Youth Club it charges 700 rupees. The hostel fees per semester is 1 lakh ruppes which is really expensive compared to other colleges. There is scholarships awarded to mertitious students during admission time and also during college time. It has a fee waiver scholarship for students during their admission time. They sometimes increase development fees which is absurd.

There is a fest held here called Impressions which is held in February. In addition to this Diwali Night is also Held here. The library is quite big and flourished with all kinds of books and journal. It is also well air conditioned. The facilities are good with access to pools, gym, table tennis, snooker, squash etc. Sports are played in a good way here ranging from football to badminton etc. Basketball court is big but unfortunately there is no ground for football or cricket so you would have to play on Basketball court only. But is quite big. There are many clubs from techinical to cultural and there are always fun activities held here. The student life here is quite fun and good with many people to meet to

Hostel is not at all worth the fees mentioned for it. There are two person accomadeted in a single room. Two beds, two almirahs, two study tables and a dustbin. Bathroom is public in the hostel and is available at every floor. Water coolers are available at every floor. The meal at mess is good and clean than most colleges. The menu is different for every day. It also has special meals on occasions. The Hostel fees is 1 lakh per semester which is expensive. You have to register for your hostel on the day of your admission.

The cutoff for the course goes high. They take admission on class 12th board basis and on JEE basis. The Cutoff for general category goes around till rank 60000 and 94 percentile. Sometimes the cutoff goes very wrong for the students who took admission very toughly but overall it is fine.

The Faculty is friendly and helps the students with their queries. The faculty-to-student ratio is good. Their teaching methods is good and appreciable. You can visit the Faculty anytime between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for doubts , queries. The lab assistants and teachers are also helpful and will help you learn new things.
