Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I was an enthusiast of computer and it's working so I always wanted to know how it works so I opted it so that I can learn coding and relevance that too made me understanding how things work in machines and all teachers are needed to be more interactive and it should be more approachable and exciting to the students...so many exams so many assignments and everything it really sucked me

Fees and Financial Aid

Course fee was quite genuine and the fee increase wasn't so spiky that anyone will ask big question to administration. I spent almost 1 lacs for all my expenses including convince. I got scholarship every year and there's a scholarship drive in the campus.

Campus Life

5

We had VIBRATION as our annual fest which is held in February or March every year and it's really crazy and fun.libraries are accessible and easy to be accessed via id card, there was a huge range of books there in library

Admission

I got my admission on the basis of merit list that is percentage scored in twelfth and the form was easy to fill application fee was also reasonable and the dates were also quite genuine.yes, du provides reservation benefits but I'm in the general category. exams were frequent but not tough.

2nd and 3rd semester students become pretty eligible for placements and internships via placement cell or other sources. My plans after my degree are still academic. I want to complete my MSc and Phd from well acknowledged universities.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of KMC works really well. Many top companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and Wipro visit the campus. It also arranges internships and placement drives, making sure students are ready for jobs. Overall, KMC provides a lively atmosphere and strong career support. From 6th Semester onwards, students can sit for campus placements. The highest package was upwards of ?30 LPA and the average package is around ?6-8 LPA. Our course saw a similar average package and the highest package was ?23 LPA. Around 30% of the previous batch was placed with the rest going for higher education and other job or entrance examinations. After getting my degree, I plan to go for higher education in statistics or economics. And beyond that I have made up my mind that I want to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and RBI Grade B Officer examination.

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

The course is good but placement is very bad in the campus. The frequency of exams is 2 hours or 3 hours depends on the credit of that subject. The exam level is of moderate level. We had pass the exam studying 1 week before the exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college
