Course Curriculum Overview

I choose biotechnology because iam passionate about this cause. I am very interested in this cause. This curriculum we follwed is mahatma gandhi university. Their curriculum is good. We have 6 semester exam.

Class Size: 27Course Fees: INR 21000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college bsc biotechnology cause is self financed. So we have to pay semester fees. I entered the college through management seat. So i don't get the scholarship. Semester fees of our college is 20000

Campus Life

I was a little introvert type in my school. But when I came here I got so many friends. And my attitude changes. I am more talkative and more participative now. So many programs are conducted in our college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good. We are gmfour people in our room. Food is also good. It is followed by a menu. Monthly 3850 rupees are given as mess fee. Room is spacious. Toilets are also well maintained.

Hostel Fee: INR 55000 per year

Admission

Our college is under mahatma gandhi university. So i first registered in mgu site. I then entered mes college through management seat. I have about 87.6% in 12th board exam. That was enough for the cut off marks

Faculty

Our department teachers are not friendly. But some of them are friendly. Our head of the department is very strict and he is not friendly with us. The teachers are good and supportive. They teach us by means of using projector so that help us a lot in our studying.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you could get in the practicing period for placements if you dont have any supply you could get placements and college provides internship from 3 rd semester. Highest packs could be goven bank and maybe delloit idk how much it is but an avg pack of 75k per month will be there. If you got skills you would get in there.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester you will be eligible for campus placements. Big banks like federal bank, south indian bank provide high placement package with the highest package being 60k per month. Other IT companies like Wipro,accenture, and deloit etc also provide high package placements.Almost 50 to 75 percent of students get placed after third year. My plan is if i get a good package I'll go for the placement or else I'll go for my masters degree

A Decent College for BSc chemistry students

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed this degree for me to pursue higher studies in uk or foreign country to study cosmetics related field. So for that bsc chemistry degree must have But this curriculum doesn't teach something base to that I think so.. For further studies the teachers need improvement to teach certain topics some teachers didn't even prepare to study students and lab safety is not in the lab.Because of the teaching the portions are done in last minutes and often exams are difficult in major subjects so they need to improve their study methods and often approach students nicely..

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

The placement of this campus is very excellent. The collage has a placement assistance cell and every year 50 companies reaching this college for placement drive . Every year more than 80 students gets placed in large companies like EY , MRF and banks like federal bank , South Indian Bank etc. The federal bank offers a highest package of 16 LPA for pg students and 8 students got placed in 2024-25 academic year. Placement is opens for students studying final year. There is coaching for placement for free of coast for the students who registered for placements

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
