Course Curriculum Overview

BCom is a basic subject and anyone can purchase this for any basic degree to get a job anywhere relating to banking and finance. The exam timing is 3 hours which is more than enough for the BCom course. And through BCom we can persue professional courses like CA CMA CS etc.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 9999 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees wear comparatively low in first year and 2nd year compared to other degrees while in the third year the fees are slightly higher than the first year and 2nd year. And our college also provides placement for about 7 to 10 lakh per annum in any banking and finance market.

Campus Life

As our college has huge campus so there is ample amount of space to spend the time for the students and lots of fest take place in our campus Android campus also have some games like chess, table tennis students can spend their time happily.

Admission

Our college has it own specific website through which all the admission process takes place and there are also seats reserved for the minority people and the admission process is not bit difficult and cutoff of our college is 65%

Faculty

The faculties very good they are always cooperative with students and always there to help us that teaching style is also very nice we get to know every subject that teachers also very interactive and they don't hesitate if we have any doubt and they clear our all doubts whenever possible.

Placement Experience:

There are no campus placements offered in my college. The placements after completinh the course are great About 80% of students are placed. The highest package offered/expected for bcom course at this college is 5 6 lpa, About 90% of the students get internships easily with this course at the position of bank accountants etc.

Soumya Vidyavidhyar is Superfluous!!

Placement Experience:

De Shaw, and Bain Capital are among the biggest companies and lighter companies are also many. Visa and all are also there which are rare otherwise. For b.com though 30-40k is what is offered but I feel it's fair enough.

Mithibai College of Arts is Music to ears!!

Placement Experience:

Placements society of college is just a decade old and still top companies like Zues Capital, Barclays, and Icici bank are among the top colleges that have become a part of ecosystem where 30-40 students is what each companies hires every year. Not many though as too many sections and 500+ students means getting placed even half the students can be a task where Mithibai placement percentage is 60 odd percentage.

For B.Com which is as always a crowded college, making sure 60-70% students have placements through campus is a task not less than climbing everest. So definitely all I can say is our college has done so well that it is now the first choice college for commerce not just among Mumbaikars but overall as well.

I applied to KJ and Rizvi as well and got confirmation from Rizvi, but after comparing it with SK Somaiya in aspects such as sports and curriculam, SK Somaiya was the best fit for me. So basically I wanted to join somaiya Vidyavihar only it was a dream college for me and the process was like we have to apply or registered online on their portal then you all have to wait for the merit list if your name is there they then you will get a mail for the admission process where you will get an so my as mail id which is for educational purpose or any details or any information about the college or about the campus the svv net ID portal which will be provided in the mail from there you have to fill the form and you have to pay the fees online offline is not allowed like everything you have to pay online and after that when you will go to the college you have to collect your ID's before that you have to take appointment in that portal only in the ID Card section and then you will get an ID from the college campus...Read More
