Dislikes
- The campus infrastructure of the university is yet to be completed so students joining after the year 2027-28 can take full benefit of the campus.
- The travel distance from Bangalore to the University is 40+ kms which is one of the drawbacks of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
In 1st year, the curriculum of every course will be the same and in 2nd year the curriculum is divided according to their courses. The curriculum is up to date according to the requirements for the placements of the students. There are labs on the subjects for practical teaching. The exams are held frequently and the questions in the exam challenge the student's ability on how much he/she has understood the concept and attend the application-based question.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities provided by them are not that good for people who are looking for regular internships. Students can use third-party apps like Internshala, LinkedIn, etc to find internships according to their interests.
Placement Experience
Around 250 companies approach this college for placements and has an average of 13 LPA packages. The highest package at this university is 35 LPA. Recruiters like Mercedes-Benz, J.P Morgan, Amazon, Bosch, Deloitte, Infosys, Accenture, TCS, HP, etc recruit students from this college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee starts from 3 LPA (Payment seat) and a 50000/- scholarship is provided if selected in the entrance exam (Dsat exam). If the student has joined the college through a government seat like KCET and COMEDK UG, the student has to pay the government fees and 36000/- to the college.
Campus Life
The college in the field of co-curricular activities is top-notch. Small events are conducted every week and the Annual and technical festivals held in this college are loved by all the students across Bangalore. These are usually held in January and February. The facilities provided by the college in classrooms are state of the art with smart teaching and regular one-on-one interactions with the students. 6 big Lecture halls are there where regular seminars and workshops are conducted. The campus life at this college is good with a vast area of 132 Acres of land with sports facilities across all sports. Hostels are provided for students from other cities and states.
Admission
The application process can be started on campus or online at their college portal. The student can write the entrance exam to avail of the scholarship provided by the college. The entrance exam mainly tests your General knowledge of maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
Faculty
In the 1st year of college, Assistant professors are assigned to teach the students who hold pretty good knowledge of their subjects but they have limited practicality and experience compared to the senior professors who have vast experience as they come from Major company backgrounds like ISRO, Microsoft, etc.
