Course Curriculum Overview
I always like studying Mathematics and Economics, one of the reasons why I chose this course. The curriculum was designed with accuracy and understanding of what things are important and what the students would be interested in studying. Teaching method of teachers is unique, frequent presentations and seminars are conducted on various important and interesting topics. Exams are conducted 4 times a year with varied levels of difficulties.
Placement Experience
Companies like Wipro, Infosys Cognizant, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG and the like visit the college for placement drives each year and around 10% to 12% students are provided job with good packages. Packages offered range from 8 lacs pa to 15 lacs pa
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees one and the same for everyone whether he or she is from a different caste or background. Financial assistance was provided to students who come from a BPL family by providing them a job within the premises and paying them as per the current wage rate. Campus placement cell conducted placement drive every year and companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, Deloitte, PWC, KPMG participated in it. Average package provided to various role ranges from 8 lac pa to 15 lac pa.
Campus Life
Campus life is absolute fun and enjoyable. More than 30 events are conducted in the college be it knowledgeable seminars, events or sports. Books from varios genres are available for the students. There are 2 Audio Video rooma for seminars and presentation days. There's also college drama group, arts club, economics club and science club for students to enroll in
Admission
There was no entrance exam. The candidates are given admission on merit basis. All the admission process is available on the college website and at the admin office of the college. The collection of fees could be made easier, instead of students going to the bank to deposit the fees an alternative could've been better
Faculty
Faculty and student ratio was never a problem since various extra curricular activities were going on and most of the students were participating in them. Most faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in their subjects and are really good mentors. All the teachers are very interactive and friendly, one could approach them with any problem and they would always be there for students.
