Course Curriculum Overview

5

I am doing BA from here and it is very good, from here we can do any course and make our future better. There are many options for children to study here. The courses are not too difficult and children can complete them easily.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees here range from 5000 to 8000 as per my guess. And the children also get a very good scholarship, they provide scholarships of 5000 to 6000 to the children. And if we talk about the course, then the course provide in Admission fee

Campus Life

4

NSS programme in this campus Children are also made aware of games and sports. But till date no such program has taken place in our college in front of me. Now we are in the 3rd year but till date we have not organised any such program in our college. Neither did we have our fresher's party nor does it seem that there will be a farewell ceremony either.

Admission

It is a good option for us to get more than 50% marks in this. This gives us a very good score. It gives maximum support to the children. And this is a very good thing about them, they keep the score of the kids good

Faculty

The teachers here are very good and understand the children very lovingly. If the child has any kind of doubt, they try to clear it completely. The teachers here are very friendly with the children. They do not let the children face any problems in their studies. I have no problems with the teachers and staff and the children do not have any problems with anyone.

Placement Experience:

For campus placements, 6th semester students are eligible. There are various companies which visit our campus for the campus recruitment process some of them are IDFC First Bank, Adda 24x7, Piramal Finance, etc. The highest package offered was 5 lacs and the average package as per company was 350000. 40-50 percentage of the students are getting placements in the college every year. After the BBA Degree, I am planning for the Masters Degree for better placement. |

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate BA Hons English curriculum at BHU 4.5/5. Strengths: comprehensive literature coverage, language skills development, and critical thinking. Weaknesses: limited focus on contemporary literature and digital humanities. Prepares well for academics, writing, and teaching careers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The sociology course teaches me the norms of our society and family we live in. This course will provide a vast knowledge about the society and culture and this made me to choose this course. The time given is enough to complete the course and to understand it . The exams are conducted after every six months so the difficulty level is moderate.

Amity University, Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Economics)
Reviewed on Nov 15, 2024(Enrolled 2018)

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.
