- Good infrastructure:Well maintained classrooms, labs, medical rooms, sporta facility, large ground, green campus
- No strict attendance criteria an avg 50% attendance is pretty good you will get the admit card.
- Fest is also good called malhaar singers, djs dance performance is organised
Dislikes
- Campus size is very small and non ac classroom are there.
- Faculty is also avg not so good so you have to extra hustle to gain new skills
- That old curriculum is following and no new syllabus is following.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is good but i would say they are still following that old syllabus no doubt you will get good exposure on technologies and learn new things. Teaching method and syllabus are the areas to improve. Exams are conducted in every semester there are two mid sems exams in every semester and one end term exam
Placement Experience
Good placement opportunities student can sit for placement from 7th semester companies will come. Avg package for cse/IT is around 7 lpa and for ece is 4-5 lpa. No good internship opportunities on campus you have to try off campus. Top recruiters are zomato, chayos, amazon, zs associates, josh technology, tcs, juapay, cvent, cognizant, yamaha and many more companies.... Highest package is 50 lpa in Microsoft and lowest is 3.5 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Complete cost of your education exculding hostel is around 600000 of 4 years if your btech. Hostel fee structure is depend upon your requirements like single room or sharing room, mess fees is around 30000 per year. Scholarship are also available for students with ration card and ews certificate can apply for it after 1 st year . There is no such employment inside campus.
Campus Life
So our college organized a fest every year called malhaar in which famous singers, djs and dance performance.There are many societies in our college tech, non tech, drama, singing, dancing , social work and many more. Class rooms are non ac with ablavk board and a projector is there in every class room. Library is well maintained large no. Of books abd very spacious. Sporta facility is also good football, cricket, Basketball and mamy more games.
Admission
First you have to give jee exam and secured a decent rank then you can get admission. You cam find application form from Ggsipu website. You can get cse/it at maxm jee rank 1.8l and it can varie. Yes there is reservation benefit to sc/st/obc but no reservation for ews they will count as general.
Faculty
Faculty are well qualified but i would say teaching is not that great they are still teaching taht old syllabus but they are supportive and easily approachable there are somw teacher with good knowledge in their respective fields. So to gain any new skills you have to do some extra hustle.
