Get into SJCC

The syllabus has a very few theory based papers and actually they are simple as per our study methods in school but as we are used to get practicals more ,we will feel a bit hate towards theory subjects. The practicals just show basics of our real world fields but only we can get good if we improvise in their.

After the 4th semester we would be eligible for campus placements and we will be having internship during the end of 5th semester. I got into a digital marketing company for my internship period of 1 month at Pixel Boho ,my friends also got internship in Big company's like Flowers TV, Mythri productions ,Beylim etc. most students Get placements and for me ,my plan was to go to film industry so after my degree I went on an internship at the Chithranjali studios in trivandrum and Now I am currently an Editor of a feature film.

For Multimedia course the fee structure is 35,000 per semester. Which means for 6 semester it's 2,10,000. In each semester there college provides a cheruthundam scholarship which is helpful for some who gets it . The placement sections are common .

The infrastructure is getting really great year after year. The college has now be renovated with walls and pillers of artworks. The theater is build inside the campus and the movie club is using the screens to play quality movies and works done my students and others also.Campus life is very good.

A room consists of 5 people and it's enough for us also. The room with friends is always great and the wardens also entertain students small tricks as well.The food is average to below average and most hostellers will always hate hostel food at somepoint. 2000rs registration fees and 20,000 per year excluding food. For food it's monthly 4000 and will be charged less depending on consecutive holidays where hostel doesn't provide foods.

The cut off percentage of marks is 75% in 10th and 12th. There will be an aptitude test which will be having questions which examines our skill of creativity and General knowledges and artistic talent. The interview sessions are very friendly and doesn't make it hard for us.

The faculties aren't soo serious type behaviour ones . Most of them are friendly and very willing to clear our doubts and support us. Some only teach us for the syllabus whereas some paves the way to reach into our future needs.

Interview was friendly filmy talk with the principal.The aptitude test was a creative one as well as had GK questions a little bit drawing test as well. The students need note have to worry about the admission tests just as per the number of seats perform the best.
