Remarks

No remarks about my college.

Entrance Preview

I just got good rank in OUCET 79, but I missed counseling & I got good rank in ICET too that too I missed, so I opted this college. by my rank, I got this college. But I wish I could study in OU. since NITW is highly professionalized. I feel little difficulty to cope up. so I opted this college.

Internships Opportunities

I'm Not sure. But they say us to apply from the different website which gives us more skills to improvise.

Placement Experience

3.5

I heard its 100% placements as per my knowledge, but can't assure since it depends upon the person who gives interview too. The people who placed they go very good packages like around 5-10 lakhs. its good platform for b.tech. & those who have good skills can be placed easily.

College Events

3

Technician, annual day, diamond jubilee, DJ nights, every Friday is special & Saturday too. there are many events. its really too good to celebrate dance drama, which is there. there are different groups of different regions to celebrate different festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

expensive. The people who placed they go very good packages like around 5-10 lakhs.its good platform for b.tech. & those who have good skills can be placed easily. but for masters, I cant assure it properly. mine is 63 thousand per semester & it's not easy to afford.

Fees and Financial Aid

that I really don't know. but I heard yes there is. yes, we can apply if we are Telangana. its good & there are seats & reservations too.

Campus Life

5

good & great. mid-25 marks end semester-100 marks really tough to cope up with this system, I wish semester system is ok.not the unit test formate. it will give time to study & think. but in this from starting onward we have to maintain CGPA. competitions are there.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I didn't like both. mess food is not good always. it's really fluctuating. the hostel is having double seaters room but there are triple seaters. 1 toilet for 18 candidates. bad maintenance about time & hygiene & not safety for things. so there is no comfort for this.

Alumni/Alumna

seniors are really helpful to us, they guide if we commit mistakes. They are great & cooperative with us.

Exam Structure

it's really different. it's like the b.tech system. MInor-10% mid-30% minor-10% end semester-50% really tough to cope up with this system, I wish semester system is ok.not the unit test formate. it will give time to study & think. but in this from starting onward we have to maintain CGPA.

Admission

Through IIT jam, obviously on a caste basis, because I never took proper coaching, I'm from bio background. I think I should put more effort into this. its a really big but small process. writing it jam scoring good rank then getting admission is very easy. even if its caste-based there is certificate confirmation.

Faculty

4

since NITW is highly professionalized. I feel little difficulty to cope up. so I opted this college. even the professors are more skilled than anyone. easy to understand if we cope up. its good & get the best teachers. there is highly professionalized teachers to clarify doubts.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the biotechnology course includes all the relevant topics needed to gain information about the subject. The curriculum also includes currently developing topics of interest which may gain popularity in the future (like bioinformatics). It thoroughly prepares us for real world applications as we gain exposure to various fields of interest in the subject and get a hands-on training in the subject. Ab area i would like to suggest for improvement is to alot equal no. Of periods to different papers in the subject as each topic has its own value in the academic and career purpose. The internals are conducted every month within a duration of 1 hour for each paper. there are currently 4 internals for our batch, each of 10 marks. The externals or the end semester exams are conducted at the end of the semester approx 6 months, which are of 50 marks. 10 marks is alloted for attendance, bringing the total to 1000.

Course Curriculum Overview:

M.Sc is a Research-based degree course that helps students choose a career path. It is a popular two-year full-time course which is done after B.Sc. I like organic chemistry and wanted to do research on it that's why I choose M.Sc(Organic Chemistry) after UG. coming to the faculty of Sardar Patel college they are awesome and well qualified. Our lecturers mostly want research analysis because it is very good. They use student-centred teaching methods which focus on issues of students. There are two semesters every year 4 months apart before this pre-final exam is conducted in the college which helps improve knowledge.
