Course Curriculum Overview

My course is Bsc. Statistics. This course is not too old in the college. This course was started in 2016. Overall the course is very amazing and interesting and faculty is also very experienced in terms of teaching and humble too

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In St. Xavier's College Ranchi there is no internship available on campus. You have to find it on your own. However internship is compulsory for every student in order to pass the final year. There are placements in BBA, Bcom Accounts, BJMC

Fees and Financial Aid

My course fee is 50000 annually but it also increases every year. There are scholarship benefits only for SC/ST ,OBC EWS PWD. There is no scholarship for general category students. Also, there is no on campus placement for statistics.

Campus Life

The college is very amazing. You will never feel bored. There are many clubs in the college like Rotaract club, NSS, team Shakti,Finnova, Team Abhivyakti and etc. College also conducts it's fest once in a year

Admission

For BSc Statistics you must have maths in class 12 with overall 55% and also in mathematics you should have 55% marks then only you are eligible for this course. For admission there is an entrance test which you have to qualify to get the admission

Faculty

To be honest the faculty of every department are very much experienced and they are humble too. Like they are always ready to solve your doubts. Also, if you feel shy to ask in the classroom then you can also ask for help after the class they will always help you.

If I talk about real-world examples, from number systems to multiplication, fractions and trigonometry to find the height of pole. Course Curriculum Overview:

Like everyone knows in which carriculum they are interested ,similarly i know i have a keen interest in my subject i.e. physics . We can't see physics as a theoretical and mathematical aspect but in our daily Life we use to experienc it . Like if something is fell down there is a reason behind that is gravity .we use to experience physics in our daily life . Some teacher use to make us feel for that subject but someone make us bore sometime. It happens rarely but sometime it happens. So i suggest them to change some activity Like teach with more energyso tha we can't get bored. Sometime we get very lengthy paper in the exams so everyone have to prepare before the examination with high speed.

A Transformative Journey : My College Experience

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.

My Low Budget College life in Master at St. Xavier's College Ranchi

I choose St. Xavier's College college over any other college because of it's name (brand) plus it does regular classes and completes it's syllabus on time compared to other colleges who doesn't provide regular classes and never completes their syllabus never on time is a different matter but the whole syllabus never gets covered and most of it is left out. I am comparing it to the Ranchi College, ranchi which is under Ranchi University name as it never does regular classes and never completes it syllabus, it has no proper faculties for each subject, don't do any other extra curriculum activities hardly ever does any practical classes plus there is no internship opportunities....Read More

The best collage in ranchi

I had applied for the Doctor Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University Ranchi. And i got selected there also but i found st xavier's college ranchi is better then that college as this is autonomous applied new education policy of fourth year graduation. I didn't get rejection as i had filled only this two college in ranchi for bachelor's degree. The admission process is we have to fill an online form ,after that we have to clear an entrance ixam ,then after clearing the cutoff we get selected for the course. Thanks...Read More
