Course Curriculum Overview

1

Actually biotechnology is an interdisciplinary program where we have to learn mostly the practical skills but there is no such equipment for doing a decent type of research work as they are not in a working condition. So first it has to be corrected and new equipment should have to buy for a making a good laboratory.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had paid 15000 rupees each year including all the fee, therefore the total amount that I had paid during my whole graduation is 45000 only. Other than that in the 6th semester we have to do a project called dissemination for that we have to apply in different institutes for training which will cost around 10k. I am an OBC candidate so I get the same amount that I had paid during my curriculum i.e 15000 but ST/SC students get more than that.

Campus Life

1

Actually I have not attended much events or programs as COVID had struck and lockdown occurred so everything happens online, our classes , seminars, events , everything, that's why we hadn't enjoy much in our graduation.

Admission

I haven't apply anywhere and I haven't any other option that's why I have decided to take admission here and there is no such exam is required to take admission in this college. As per the eligibility any body can get admission in this college even he or she get a low marks in their 12th examination.

Faculty

4

'There is a big issue regarding faculties because my course is basically self financed so there is no one who is permanent. During my 3 years of graduation 4 to 5 faculties get changed. Exams are occurred in the college itself, so there is no problem in that and very few students get failed. Out of 75 some students leave the college due to their personal reasons but as the rest of them i.e around 70 students in that only 3 to 4 students get failed in examination otherwise everybody clears the examination easily.

Night Life

2

Campus is very short and there is no hostel in the campus. There are hostels besides the college ran by different persons. Around 1km there is the main road of ranchi from where you can go any where because in ranchi there are so many places to visit.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement in the final year of their course and most vocational courses have the opportunity to have. The highest package would be 5lpa and the minimum would be 2 lpa. There is a 50-50 chance to get the placement. I want to pursue a higher degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am chosen this course because mathematics is my strongest subject from all of the others that's why I can choose mathematics. Faculty member of our college is very supportive but some of the teachers are very rude behaviour. Our college teachers are very disciplined about teaching and any project work. My class have 250 students. Every semester our college takes mid sem exam then a viva exam, assignment on every paper, group discussion, surprise test. The exam pattern was based on their classes. The exam pattern is moderate most times.
