Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University is a state university established in 2016 by the Govt. of Jharkhand. This University is first of its kind in Jharkhand and third in the country which provides Certificate, Diploma, and Degree Courses in the field of Police Science and Internal Security wherein candidates/youth gets the opportunity to build their career in the state police, central police, military, and other private security forces. Candidates need to apply in the prescribed form only for admission to the programs. The instructions for filling up the admission form are listed below:
- Download the application form from the university website and take the print-out form. Duly fill-up the form and paste a recent passport size photograph.
- Attach a Demand Draft of INR 200 drawn in favor of ‘Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University, Ranchi‘ payable at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
- Attach the following self-attested documents with the application form

The admission to all the courses at the Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University shall be decided on the marks obtained in the common entrance test i.e. 60% and aggregate score obtained in the qualifying examination for the respective course i.e. 40%.
