- They have their own disciplinary rules which at times restrict us to do certain things
- Hostel food not good ,not all he hostels but certain hostels the food is bad
- Dresscode is a con they used to tell us to wear shawls and chudidhar no leggings allowed and also jeans but now things has changed
Course Curriculum Overview
My course was BA Communicative English which was a 3 years course it was really knowledgeable and good,teachers were perfectly professional and had full knowledge on the subjects. It was a self financed program so the fees is little higher compared to other courses. We have two internships in 3 years one is for teaching and other is for journalism mass communication and all were good and effective. The college also provides placement where we'll known companies come and provide placement for the students. It is also assist we'll. Overall a very good college with a family environment and good staffs
Fees and Financial Aid
Self financed courses fees are higher,they provide a good support for scholarships and are always ready to help if we have any issues related fees or any other problems. My fees was 36000 rs per year so the fees is like per sem 12000 per sem
Campus Life
It's a sports college so the person who comes from a sports background this college will a luck for you as students from a sports background get fully funded scholarships. And also the college is famous for its co-curricular activities so it's always full of programs which keeps the students engaged with many creative activities to engrave their creative side.
Admission
No entrance is required,the admission process was smooth no issues only you should meet up the marks that are required for the eligibility criteria of the college like above 70% of marks is required after 12th to enter an ug program in assumption and above 55% in for postgraduate programmes
Faculty
The teachers are young and literally they are the best they support us create a friendly environment thats the best thing I had in my overall journey at assumption even though we had certain restrictions but the faculty members, management, teachers everyone is very professional and kind towards us and ready to help whenever one needs them. The only problem was the dress code, hostel food and some minor service related issues others everything is fine and good
