Remarks

Our college management is very much helpful and understanding.

Entrance Preview

This college is one of the renowned institutions of Kolkata. Every student dreams of being a part of this college. Academically is ranked in 13th position all over India. Is completely a dream institution. Full of extra Co-curricular activities which literally drives the student to the institution.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is very appropriate. The professors are always on time. They teach the student with great enthusiasm. Even a boring class gets interesting. We have semester process. It enables us to prepare a short topic for the exam. Indeed it a blessing.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. We got an internship called earn while you learn. Indeed we earing a handsome amount as well as learned a lot. to learn is more important than to earn at this stage

Placement Experience

5

They provide us with a chance to get hold of government jobs. This is something jawdropping right? Well yes, you heard it right. If you are a bright student or even if an average student no one can stop you from getting hold of a government job. but hard work has to be there.

College Events

4.5

Teacher's day is celebrated with a lot of fun and function Children's day we either get a party or an excursion to someplace nearby for an entire day or at least some function is a must. Founders day is always celebrated with lots of fun and respect Freshers party have always been fun

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is very feasible. Being a semi-government college it does not charges big amounts as in private colleges. The fees structure has always been to its minimum. My admission and the entire first-year fees were 11000. It is very much pocket-friendly.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they are always offering scholarships to underprivileged children as well as any student who has got 75% above gets a scholarship.

Campus Life

4

There are more boys in comparison to girls.they treat the girls right. Ragging is something which does not exist here in AJC. There are many extracurricular activities. Quizzes and debates take place quite often. Internships are very much available.

Hostel Facilities

3

Food tastes very good though canteen is not very well made. But the price is quite pocket-friendly. You can easily get your stomach full with 50 bucks. Yes, you heard that right. My favorite is pure with chicken chilly. They give you 4 puris with 2 pieces chicken and gravy of course at just Rs35.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are very helpful. They do not bully any fresher. They help academically also. The union of students is gems

Exam Structure

Exam structure is quite good. You get only those kinds of question which the teacher prepares in the class. The key here is to pay attention. By paying attention and taking down all the notes and preparing those makes our exam chilling. We don't really feel examination stress.

Admission

Admission is basically taken in the terms of merit list. According to the marks of the student, admission is granted. It's a very fair method by which students get a chance to get it. No direct admission is taken by charging extra money. That is considered a crime there.

Faculty

5

The faculty is just like our family members. Freshers are mistreated always is what I had been hearing all my life. But here in AJC Bose college, you will indeed feel like being in your school. One of my professors calls me bondhu which means friend and I seriously am proud of being a part of this college

Curriculum was overall good but it's a bit pressure also. But as everyone knows good things required hard work. So I really enjoyed the whole course during the college years. There are two exams. One is internal of 25 marks and second one is of 75 marks, which is external.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach and, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade and a timeline to follow so the year will be completed. I wouldn't eliminate content without background we cannot form good, rational and educated conclusions. We still giving timed tests.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a complex and vast one, with multiple areas in focus, which itself is a merit as it serves its purpose in training a Christian minister for all the challenges. The course is more praxis than a confined theoretical classroom. Certain improvements in teaching methods can be brought up. Teachers must ensure the students' study and find some way to monitor it. Otherwise students tend to get stuck in the wide array of topics to study and somehow just find it difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This curriculum is enriched with literature works by British and American writers which is really enjoyable to read and the Teachers make it more exciting. Teachers are really good at explaining every single point in the syllabus. In the history of literature part they give us notes about each and every write a and there works so that we are familiar with most of the part of our syllabus. They does not teach only for the exams but they make sure that we learn everything with depth. We have a semester exams in every 6 month but sometimes it becomes 7 or 5. But the teachers are really supportive so that we don't panic in our exams.
