An Honest Review of Tezpur Central University

The curriculum is very good We learn so many things It is student centric and all the aspects are included It is integrated and multidisciplinary in nature. The internship program is also very fruitful

As we are B. Ed students so we have to go to a 4 months internship program and we have to go to local schools to teach the students Before the internship there is a pre internship program where we learn everything about the internship There are total 16 components that we have to complete in the internship

There is campus placement system for all the schools For our humanities there are not so much placement opportunities but for our course (B. Ed) there is placement every year for all the students. The placement for management sciences is very good 100% placement every year

The fee is very less for the course Total 54000 for the whole course including hostel fee There is various scholarships schemes are available for the students Along with the central government schemes there is one particular I want to mention is the Free admission for the BPL card holder student

Many students take admission here for the campus of the admission The campus is so beautiful and kinda romantic There are greenery everywhere and it looks like a dreamland for many students There is no motor vehicle is allowed for students they all use bicycle which is very good

This is a residential University and every student gets hostel seat There are total 7 men's hostel and 9 women's hostel (2 new for men and women are making) The food quality is not so bad and it is diverse in nature Hostel admission is done during the admission no extra form fill up and running for the hostel

During our time it was from the score we got in CUET exam but now it takes admission both its own entrance exam (TUEE, 80% seats) and CUET (20% seats) The admission process is online now, similar to the Delhi University admission process but the document verification is offline

The faculties are so good they are highly qualified and they have so many knowledge on various fields.. the faculties are from different backgrounds and we learnt multicultural aspects from them They are very supportive and helpful they treat students as their own children They called the students as bacche which is very positive
