Remarks

There was one major negative thing about the college. most of the crowd in the college was from local haryana region and haryanvi speaking people so your communicating skills and spoken english will have a very bad effect as u also tend to gain a haryanvi

Entrance Preview

I took AIEEE. I had got all india rank 26000 in that exam. I choose this college because it was one of the top engg. college in haryana and was operated by state govt. it had good placement record.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course curriculum is same as MDU as most of the engg. colleges in india with no focus on research and innovation. Only the cramming of subjects is encouraged in the course. Though there were several intresting subjects which i liked related to mechanics.

Internships Opportunities

yes our college provide internship, but to a very limited students. out of a batch of 400-500 students college was able to provide internship to only 6-8 students. rest of the students had to find the internship of their own. the avg. stipend for internship was 8K.

Placement Experience

3.5

Prior to My Batch placement & Job opportunities were quite Good. almost 95% of my seniors got placed in reputed companies. But at the time of our placements, companies came for hiring were not so reputed and only 60% of the students got placed. though i got theplacement in uno minda industries.

College Events

3

Every year college organize a technical fest "Technova" & a cultural Fest" Rhytm". there were lot of technical and cultural competitions run durinf these fest. Most of the competitions were inter-college. Though only 1 or 2 college came to our college for participating, but still it was gud to attend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure was Quite Feasible. As it is a Govt. Owned institute Fee Was Quite Feasible. Compares to other private colleges of the area our Fees was almost one third at that time. Our fees was approx. 40000 for 1st year and after that almost 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

yes there were facilities of scholarships to lower caste students. University also provides some scholarship to top 6 student of every branch. but neither i was the topper nor i was of lower caste, so i haven't availed any scholarship.

Campus Life

4

Campus life at every college is all about friends. i had met with some really good friends at the campus. as u all know gender ratio in engg. colleges is quite unfavourable for guys. in mechanical deptt we had boys/girls Ratio as 10:1. but in CSe and other dept situation was not that bad. Though there were some extracurricular activities, but i would prefer a college in delhi for extra curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I Particularly Liked the Hostel facility. Rooms were quite good. and Wi-Fi Connection Was also good. There were some problems also like air conditioner was not allowed in hostel. and motor vehicles were not allowed in the campus. and mess food was the bes

Alumni/Alumna

Our university is trying to create agood alumni network. they are conducting alumni meet every year. but i have never attended any of it, so dont know much about the alumni network or the alumnus.

Exam Structure

Exams and Labs were quite chilled out. we get lots of breaks between 2 exams and got good amount of time to prepare for the exams. Thought our group used to study only at night and chill on days. Only one night study was enough to pass the course. Course

Faculty

3

Most of the old faculty or the senior faculty was good and knowledgable. they knew how to teach and they have a good knowledge and experience. compared to senior faculty newly joined faculty was shit. They were all selected due to some political links or

Campus placements are offered with many companies visiting (700-800+). Highest packages can go high (Rs 30-56 LPA), but averages and typical offers vary (~ Rs 6-7 LPA), and placements rates differ by batch. Some students also pursue internships or off-campus jobs if campus offers are limited.

Placement Experience:

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Placements are not good in my college. Only few companies are recruiting through on campus like virtusa, tcs etc. average package is 3-4 lakhs and maximum package is 9 lakhs. From 4th year students are eligible for on campus placement. Only 30-40% of students get placed. I am thinking to give gate exam for better opportunity.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
