Fees and Financial Aid
the course fee for general is 96000 in 1st year and from 2nd year onward 83600 for genral and for sc/st the course fees is 21100 and for a person whose family income is less than 1lakh is also 21100 and fees whose family income is between 1lakh to 5 lakh is 43100 , if u do well in courses and u have skill then u will get scholarship and there is sbi bank in the campus which provide u education loan in less interest

the cultural fest which is called hillfair is quite awesome big personalities come in our cultural fest ,various culbs in nit Hamirpur perform in this fest and students gets a good opportunity to perform in this club , in terms of technical fest nimbus is the largest technical fest of north zone. the sports and extracurricular is preety good you will get enough exposure in the college and also there is inter nit sports meet every year where u will get a opportunity to represent your college

hostel facility is there is various hostel for various years in nit Hamirpur and each hostel has there seprate space to play mess quality is also very good and accomodation is also good , there is very soft and smooth registration process there is pg and rented inside the hostel

for eligibility you need to score 93 percentile for general category and for gender neutral in official website of nit Hamirpur u will find the various applications form for reservation benifits if u will score less marks like 83 percentile for sc and 75 percentile for st will get civil engineering exam will held two times in semester first one is mid sem and 2nd one is end sem and the duration is 2weeks and within 10 days u will get your result

for every 90 students there is 1 different faculty of different subjects the quality of education is preety good in this college college have very supportive faculty and each faculty is graduated from iit's and nit's so the alumni network of there is also very strong helf up for companies etc. it is very easy to approch the teacher , teachers here are very supportive and help in every phase of your life whenever u feel disturbed and doubtfull
