The campus is not very vast so students can explore the campus easily
The professor's in the college are good and very friendly
The food quality of the hostels are very good and hostel are cleaned after every 2 days

Dislikes

75 percent attendance is mandatory if not you will not be allowed to sit in semester examination
In campus there are very strict rules and treat them
In campus there are very expensive items as food and stationary items

Course Curriculum Overview

The course i am persuating has very competition nowday but cgc Jhanjeri have good placement record in this field and also provides summer training programs in summer holidays Rather than main subjects they also give extra classes for mpd and vss.

The campus provide summer training programs in summer holidays and also provide certificates for completion of training which help students to get good internships and projects. Ibm company comes in the college to give student internships.

Placement Experience

Cgc Jhanjeri provides company placement and the highest package of btech cse is 54 lpa the campus provides placement in colleges in some courses like btech, Aiml, cyber security, Bca, Mba, Bsc. But different companies have different eligibilities so the student should full fill that.

Fees and Financial Aid

In compare to other colleges cgc Jhanjeri have cheapest fee structure and also provide good opportunities for the student but if we see fee structure in based on time, the semester is 4 month long and 64150 is very expensive.

Campus Life

The campus experience is very good. I made many friends from different countries also and the campus of cgc Jhanjeri is not so big but it has all the stuffs student need in a college life. Dsw members organize different events for the enjoyment of students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel faculty is very strict and mantain proper discipline in the hostel. All the hostel facility are good they provide good quality of food and also provide good equipment for sports the basketball court is attached with the hostel.

Admission

I gaved Cgc josh Scholarship test , and i got 5 present reduction in my acedamic fee also the admission process is very easy one can do it online and there is no compulsion to come to campus and take admission physically.

I think the faculty members of cgc jhanjeri is good and collaborate with every student effectively and sincerely. They come twice in the month and asks students about their experience in class and is there any need of improvement in class.

Likes

supportive campus environment with the comfortable in the classess
faculty most faculty members are very much supportive and they guide the students in the right way only
events are there in the campus provided by the campus.

limited practical exposure is provided by the campus and also there should be more hand on international events

placements at my college are very very good, as everybody gets the chance to sit for the placements at the same level. we get the placement oportunities at the 6th semster also. in my brancg it is very good

A Vibrant Campus with good learning and great opportunities

Likes

good infrastructure , large libraries and practical labs
helpful and large opportunities in campus

Dislikes

class size can be large , it helps every child to interact
academic work is quite high , the schedule may feel hectic especially during examination

The curriculum is relevant and covers core cse subjects like programing DSA and DBMS . it provides good fundamental for placements and further studies , more practical projects and industry based teaching would improve it .

Companies start coming summer internships in the 5th and 6th semester though ,CG cuts are imposed so very less students are elgible to sit for these companies, The real placement season is 7th and 8th semester and many companies visit campus for placements. around 60 percent students got placed in the recent placement drive. The major recruiters are: Oracle, CISCO, JPMC,Deloite,IBM,ZS etc.

There are 1 AC Lecture complex()LT with almost a seating capacity of 100-120 students, with smart screens and projector.
NITJ has well maintained 4 Girls hostel and 4-5 boys hostels with proper cleanliness and hostel staff.
They are 7 cafeterias in the Campus, including 3 Nescafe outlets,1 dominos and 3 regular canteens that serve food late night.

Dislikes

Wifi and connection issues in the hostels
Slow response to emails and late approval to applications
The ICE department faculty is quite strict. Tough grading system and administration.

Placement Experience:

NITJ has a placement cell, also known as the Centre of Training and Placements(TPO office of NITJ). The placement scenes differ depending on the courses offered. The average placements are 12-14LPA in the Computer Science branch. Every year, hundreds of companies, including Pvt and govt both. PSUs like HPCL and BPCL recruit students based on merit and academic excellence.

I like the most about the college the placement criteria and the way built your confidence
Also the hostel is very good and provide food 4 times
The campus explorer is also very nice according to me

Faculty is not soo well had a lit bit inconvenience
Hostel mess food is not good at some time

Course Curriculum Overview:

I’d rate the curriculum like 7/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness — it covers all the major CSE subjects like DSA, OS, DBMS, CN, AI, ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity basics, etc., and honestly that was one of the reasons I chose this course because at least the core subjects are solid even if PTU keeps some old-school stuff in the syllabus. The curriculum does prepare you for real-world stuff, but only to a point — like, if you focus on coding labs and projects you’ll be fine for internships, but if you depend only on classroom theory then it won’t help much because industry wants hands-on skills. For higher studies also it’s okay because theory depth in subjects like OS and DBMS is decent enough. But yeah, improvements are definitely needed — some subjects feel outdated, teachers should use more practical examples, and we need more real projects instead of copy-paste lab manuals; also some faculty teach directly from slides which gets boring fast. Exams come twice per semester (sessionals) plus the final end-sem around December/May; they’re mostly easy if you write long answers, but tricky if you rely only on understanding because PTU likes theory-heavy questions. Overall, the system works, but it could be way more practical and industry-focused.

The campus is very green and clean. Infrastructure is good and one can feel fresh air here in campus
The faculty is excellent, almost all of the professors and assistant professors have a degree from renowned institutes. So they know their subject and field very well.
Hostels are good and affordable. Although the hostels itself are old, services are good and you get a nice room for the price/rent

Dislikes

The crowd isn't good. Always demotivated to do anything productive regarding studies. Some people are just here for time-pass
Very less site and outdoor visits. For practical experience, they should conduct industrial visits, but that happens rarely
Placements are really Dry and there is decline in company visits for placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good. Although companies come, there is a lack of mass recruiters or reputed organizations. One has to grind hard here for placements. If you're a CS student, you will have to face immense competition here. As for core branches, placements are severely dry. Students gets eligible in 4th year onwards for placements. Some of recruiters here are Trident, TCS, Reliance, Sonalika and other few. Every company offers around 10-15 selected students for a job. Highest package ever was 15LPA and average is 3.2LPA. Percentage placed is only around 15% here. My plans after the degree are to apply for govt exams.
