- The faculty members are friendly and provide us with quality lectures. They are well educated and have experience in there core field.
- There is no discrimination between girls and boys. All treated equally in all aspects.
- They provide time for extra curricular activities every day. The timing is from 3.20 pm to 4.30 pm. We can utilise this time for arts, sports etc
Dislikes
- College is in a remote area. Transportation to college is only possible via college bus. Otherwise we have to use own vehicle.
Course Curriculum Overview
I studied B Tech civil engineering 2019 scheme curriculum approved by APJ ABDUL KALAM TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY. Since the curriculum is a revised version it is so much updated. But the university only give maximum of 4 months to complete one semester which makes it difficult to follow the curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
During vacations we can go for internships and can work to improve our experience. The internship company include IIC Chavara. Internship helps in enhancing hand on experience of students and help them to gain practical knowledge.
Placement Experience
The college provided placement assistance. The college have a placement cell that manages all placements. The cell help students in getting jobs and provide students classes about how to attend interviews.
Fees and Financial Aid
The merit fee of college is 35000/- per year. The management seat fee varies depending upon your marks in entrance exam, plus two and also they consider financial status of the students. They also provide sponsorship to students with higher marks.
Campus Life
The college provide technical festival every year. There is two library in this college one for engineering students and other for management study students. Each department have seminar halls with projectors and all the class rooms are good.
Admission
The student must clear the Kerala entrance exam keam for merit admission and management admission. The student must pass plus two for attending the entrance exam and to get admission. The admission process is simple.
Faculty
The faculty members in each department is well qualified in their field. Faculty to student ratio is higher in this college and this helps in improved learning experience of students. We can clear our doubts directly from the faculty without any hesitation All the faculties are good in teaching and mentoring l. We can interact to our teachers any time.
