Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the curriculum as good because it is same as any other government college. Also the curriculum contains workshops for each branch that helps us for real world application. The examinations held are of 3 hours and the difficulty level is also medium .
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees per year of du btech is 216000 which is quite higher than any other course of du and their is also a examination fees of 4610 per semester and there is no policy for hike in the tuition fees. The college also provided the scholarship to the students for under privileged Students and the amount is based on father's income like 90% scholarship to students whose father's income is less than 1 lakh and 50% to income between 1 and 5 lakh and above 5 lakh full fees
Campus Life
The campus life in du is normal as due to our first batch there is no clubs and the annual festival held till now . There is one Central library in campus which is very well equipped with all range of books and facilities. There is also a sports complex in the campus with gymnasium and badminton court and tt table.
Admission
The admission to the btech course is done through the jee mains score and through seperate counselling and the application will be available on the du btech portal from du website. Their is reservation for OBC , ews and PWD students . The timing of the examination is 3 hrs and 1 hrs and are held 2 times per semester one mid sem and one end sem
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is not very good currently as there is shortage of teachers because of starting of btech in du , But the teachers that are present are well qualified and even some are from the iits and the teachers are very student friendly as they interact with the students very patiently.
Other Applied Colleges
