Remarks

Events, fests are organised. Campus crowd is almost 3k and they help people for the scholarship and conduct extr-curricular activities for the students in Presidency University.

Entrance Preview

I had heard about it and best emerging college in the city with best and had heard about it in radio stations and I got there for my admission inquiry they had given me a brief talk on my future if I studied in their college and I got satisfied and took admission and I am glad to tell that it has worked pretty good till now

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Professors are strict about academics. We here try to follow the best rate of studying with continues assessment process we don't have more pressure like other colleges but yes we have the best design for students study pattern and this is benefitting all students in the university.

Internships Opportunities

Yes we have internship after 4th semester or 2nd year of engineering for 2 months but it is not stipend but when we go for the second internship after 7th semister we are paid and placed by that time .

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement is very good, and almost 95% students got placed within the graduation. The good companies come for the job recruitment, and also, the pool campus placement for engineering student in Presidency University. The placement cell faculty members are good and helpful.

College Events

4.5

In Presidency University, we should talk about the events every week, and they must be one event. The fest is the loveable, and the campus crowd is about 30000 people. The connectivity is best on the campus which is around 100 acres. The scholarship will be provided, and extracurricular activities are more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure here is feasible for those who have come from CET like me who only pay 78,500 per year and for those who come from outside the state through Management Quota they have to pay a huge amount and for them it is expensive. And collage have special scloroships for DEFENCE/SPORTS/KV students who can reduce their fees by 20k per month

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes as I have already mentioned above Presidency University have special scloroships for DEFENCE/SPORTS/KV students who can reduce their fees by 20k per month and LOAN facility is also available.

Campus Life

4.5

In the hostel, the Wi-Fi is available, Wi-Fi will be more speed, and our college classrooms are the best, and the library is the lovable place. In our college, the medical facilities also available and our college and labs conduct sport and games and perform well

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I am not a hostile student but I heard from my friends about hostel food as they go their every breath hour to get their food they have a not very bad opinion about the food as it is NOT THAT BAD and not the best also it is nutrition rich and according to everyone taste, it is made.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network are very good. As my senior told me Many companies are coming to our college for placement. Almost all student will place here only. Many top companies like Delhi, MAHINDRA, INFOSIS, Flipkart etc. In our college only they are giving placement training. My seniors almost all got placed here only. In holidays every student has to go for the internship. Almost 90% of the students got placed. The salary packages (per annum) are like 5lacks,10lacks etc. And they are very helpful

Exam Structure

Exam here are like for engineering we have 2 internal examination with 1 final external examination and lab examination laso we have total of 200 marks in which 80 are for 2 internal examination and 40 for assignment and rest 80 for end term final examination . This is for all subjects in course.

Admission

I got admission through an ENTRANCE test conducted by KARNATAKA state and I got the merit rank which was needed by the college to get me admitted in mechanical engineering beach of Presidency University Bangalore. After getting admitted I have by this date completed 1-year band turned out pretty well for me.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty members are well versed in every field and will help the students enthusiastically in any future projects or seminars. Faculty from all departments or branches are great and helpful. The mechanical engineering course I chose, was the first batch to start in the college. All the faculty members are doctorate holders. The course and many electives can be chosen from one's area of interest. All are for IIT & NIT with high knowledge in Presidency University.

The institute records an impressive average package of ~INR 7.20 LPA and the highest packages reaching up to INR 53.50 LPA. The college actively drives employability through a dedicated 'Talent Transformation Hub'. Campus Placements Overview CIT is known for its solid industry connections, resulting in 80–90% placement rates annually. Top Recruiters: Companies like Accenture, Infosys, HP, Amazon, and Samsung. The Process: The placement cell conducts specialized skill-building boot camps and provides structured mentorship to ensure students are corporate-ready by graduation. If Placements Fall Short: Employability & Alternative Plans Even though CIT consistently places the vast majority of its batch, students who do not secure on-campus job offers (or wish to pursue other paths) have robust support through: Startup & Entrepreneurial Initiatives: CIT has an active E-Cell and a business connection to help budding founders. The Talent Transformation Hub focuses on practical knowledge needed to start a business.
