IGNOU best thing it's provide BSC course from distance learning and wide range diploma course available

Dislikes

IGNOU never provide proper update about what going on University for update visit your regional centre.
IGNOU doesn't provide proper framework for project they provide only deadline and you have to submit all project your regional centre

Course Curriculum Overview

Course we choose on our ease so I think I found that here assignment number are a hurdle for any students to preparing for competition. Exam difficulty level not so hard but here we have to study all the stuff about our course without faculty support

Fees and Financial Aid

If we talking fee structure as compared to regular course offered by DU. here fee structure is expensive as compared to DU fees as fees are not getting proper faculty update even support. I think should think about their fees structure and reframe it because they don't provide regular course

Campus Life

Campus life enjoyment becoz you are here enrolled for a Distance learning program so you have to go to college on Saturday and Sunday and regular scholars don't pay such respect towards the IGNOU students even with the faculty also.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is simple you 12 passed out. Application process from esarthi IGNOU admission portal I think here no reservation system present The frequency of exam here is annual. 2 semester exam taken together so that is good for everyone

According to my POV faculty interaction is just about zero here you only get one benefit: covering your course gap while preparing for Competitive exams preparation and the faculty guidance we have to prepare for exams as well as projects.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly

Ignou: Flexibility And Disappointment

I had also applied in DU for B.Sc. (Hons) Statistics but the cutoffs were very high and only a few top colleges offered that course. DU SOL also did not provide B.Sc. courses at that time, so I finally chose IGNOU. The admission process is fully online through the IGNOU website. You need to sign in, upload your Class 10 and 12 marksheets, Aadhaar or other supporting documents, fill personal details, and pay the course fee. For most courses you just need to pass Class 12, but for some courses there is a percentage requirement or specific subjects needed to study in class 12 like in my case maths. My overall admission experience was okay, but the approval process took a long time. In my case, it took almost 3 months to finally get the confirmation of admission....Read More
