Likes

I mainly like my campus Green and Clean environment where there are full trees surrounded by the building and the premises are always kept very neat and clean . The feel and energy is very positive ia always in the campus . The campus is fully green
I also like the active clubs present in the campus , faculty is great and a healthy student faculty relationship is maintained in the campus.
Many Sports are played inthe campus which is a great thing apart from the academics

Dislikes

I am disappointed about the internships and Placement opportunities for the students , which is very less compared to other colleges.
Very strict rules and regulations are followed by the management which makes feel student that he is studying in a school.
Regular conduction of exams is done which I feel is very bad option.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had choosen computer science engineering course in this college because it had some experienced faculty and great curriculum. Curriculum also includes great hands on learning to the subject but also frequent test related to the subject.

Class Size: 170Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There is no much internship opportunities available for the students but there are few best internship opportunity provided by the college they are IBM skill development program under data analyst post which is approx 1l stipend but it for the 10 students.

Placement Experience

The placement opportunities is very average in this college. The average placement is around 4,50,000 last year batch and no big companies will take drive . Many student choose MS as a second option for their career.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fee of the college as per the government of Telangana is around 90000/-pee year and there will be scholarship for the merit and caste category students acoording to the marks obtained by the student through the EAMCET entrance examination.

Campus Life

I can surely say that , I had a great 4 years of experience of my life In this college. It may not be the top notch college but according to my knowledge I had deserved a far better college to purse my dreams. There are many fest like ezura ,sangram , eliyisian is the annual fest conducted in the college. The library contains mainly every book which is required by the students during their academic period. Sports is also great participation in this college.And many active clubs running in the college.

Admission

I was not eligible through my entrance exam so , I had taken management quota seat in this college. Normally the cutoff will be around 50000 for cse , and other branches you can avail them easily compared to other colleges.

Faculty

The faculty is good but not fully Fletched . Some of them are not much experienced are present.There are approximately 1:65 faculty and student ratio in a classroom. We can interact with them most oftenly . Some of them have doctorates and PhD in their own respective field .

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
