Likes

The faculties are quite Experienced, and their are also some new joines who have been teaching impressively
The Infrastructure is good and reparing and development work is also happening regularly
The placement cell is now quite active since 2-3 years. And has been working well to call companies in the campus

Dislikes

However Placement cell is working quite hard, but still campus Placement is quite low and companies offer very low packages

Course Curriculum Overview

The new curriculum is based on NEP 2020 Encourages a more comprehensive learning approach, integrating arts, humanities, sciences, sports, and vocational subjects.Emphasizes flexibility in course choices, promoting creativity and critical thinking. The frequency of exams timing should be increased , as according to the new policy exams are of 90 marks , which have became hard for students to complete on time

The Placementa of my college are below average. Generally students from final year are considered for placements. Conpanies like Deloitte, ITC elc vist the campus. 5-10 Percentage of students get placed in campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for the Courses are predefined and their are no fee hikes or other compulsory charges. The University also provide various scholarships and financial aid for students coming from poor background.

Campus Life

My overall experience in the campus was quite good. I have explored campus life quite well, there are annual festivals which are generally organised in the month of February - March. There are variety and a huge amount of books are present in the library apart from the core course.

Admission

The admission process was through entrance examination CUET organised by NTA. The application process is quite easy to understand once a student go through the brochure. Students coming from lower casts are also provided with reservation facilities.

Faculty

The faculty-to-student ratio is good. there are an effective amount of teachers for students. Teachers are always there to help students with any problems. There are also mentorship programs for students. The teachers are all well-qualified and have expertise in their respective fields.

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Placement Experience:

We have an active placement cell in the college. Students are eligible for placement in 6th Semester. there are quite a lot of companies that offer jobs and we do get a decent average package. I plan on pursuing master's degree after this.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly

It is a place to develop yourself.

Placement Experience:

I think from 3 year 5th semester students are eligible for the placement. Companies that comes are Deloitte,ibm etc. i have not too much knowledge about that but i think the median package is 4-5 lakh per annum and highest is 10 lakh. My want to become more professional and become capable to buy anything of my interest.
