Course Curriculum Overview
So,the curriculum designed by VIT is very good and the teachers are some what supportive in helping the students in respective subjects or courses actually the courses are taken on credit system one can take max of 27 credits for each sem and for CSE for 4 years one should complete some 160 credits to get the college certificate
Internships Opportunities
Internship oppurtunities are very good in the college as last year Amazon have taken some interns based written test which was conducted by them and 13 of them got 1 lakh package and not only this there are also many companies who are hiring for internships.
Placement Experience
Placements are good in our college as I can say 80% are being placed in jobs from 6th sem the students are eligible for sitting in placements. Some of the companies that visited are Amazon, TC's,WIPRO,Infosys and etc average package of the college is 9,00,000
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is basically divided into five types like Category -1,2,3,4,5 . Category -1 holds low fees obtained based on your rank and counseling later on it increases around 1 lakh for other categories.the tution fee for cat -1 is 2 lakh and
Campus Life
Overall campus life is good and also hostels here we are having clubs and chapters in which we can join and participate it is just like we can accomodat3 to office environment and yearly there will be two main fests one is rivers and gravitas. Gravitas is a technical fest.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are good, well maintained and properly cleaned and are taking many safety concerns in room you will be provided with a cot and table and a lamp and a cupboard meals are also very good here registration for hostels is based on the cgpa.
Admission
Admissionare taken into consideration by witing an entrance test that is VITEEE one can register from the official website of VIT and there are no desired cut-off as per the marks obtained in that year it may vary but to CSE core your rank should be below 1500 and that to to get Category -1 one have to get a good rank and after getting the rank you have to pay 6000/- for counseling and then after you have prioritise your batch based on your rank and main thing there is no reservation benefits and for writing the exam one should be thorough with the CBSE books
Faculty
.Vellore Institute of Technology faculties well educated and trained their teaching is very good any one can interact with them for asking doubts or asking about career paths. They also maintain friendly relationship with student.
