Course Curriculum Overview
This is not applicable as the curriculum, the dates of exams and everything else is dependant on the external University the college is based under. The college has no say on when the course is to be concluded or how it is to be examined.
Internships Opportunities
None, I have not seen any students get placed in a company (for interning) through the college, its either through external influence or through recommendations. There are many project weeks that occur in a year where students demonstrate their projects in a seminar. They are a highlight of the college.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements after their 6th semester. There are a lot of companies that come up with many offers, The highest package is apparently around 67LPA but I have not heard of it happening again in the 3 years I have been here. Around 60% of the students usually get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was no reduction in college fee, Just an increase with every new upgrade that they make. It costs 1,00,000 if you join through KCET. There are a few scholarships such as those for reserved classes who obtained more than 80% in their pre-university.
Campus Life
This is one aspect of the college that is universally beloved. The atmosphere has a very chill vibe to it and the place itself is full of greenery and freshness. There is a hustle and bustle here that is only afforded to small villages.
Admission
Again, this entire process is completely handled by the external university that the college works under. Hence there is no question on anything the college could do in the admission process. I felt that the entire process was quite simple.
Faculty
There are around 60 students per class usually. The teaching is pretty okay if you were an average student since before, to someone who doesn't speak kannada or is poor at studies; the teaching is a bit poor. Most of the teachers have finished their PhDs. The teachers usually do not care about your marks and ask questions harder than the ones asked by the external university.
