- Project based learning, friendly faculty, every process is fast, multi disciplinary courses which includes coding robotics and electronics in every branch, a very structured syllabus, minimum 3 projects per semester, one purely project based subject
- Plants all around campus, 45+ active technical non technical and extra curricular clubs, intense use of technology everywhere
- 3 canteens available in campus with good food quality, pets adopted by social committee present in campus
Dislikes
- Small campus, all classes doesn't have projectors, core department still has old accessories, benches etc
- Campus is surrounded by local area, college has it's hostel but out of campus and doesn't have any transportation facility
- College wifi doesn't work except of some places, labs has limited amount of capacity
Course Curriculum Overview
The course covers every current existing technology related to its field, not only that, important concepts are grasped through projects, and all other fields are touched like coding electronics etc, everything is perfectly fine and is always updated when found necessary. The frequency of exams is 2 per semester, mid sem and end sem and not too difficult and are more project oriented
Internships Opportunities
Internship drives take place in start of 3rd year and in 4th year you have to compulsorily complete a sem or 2 in a company as an intern to be eligible for a degree, it can be a company intership, research internship, international internship or international research internship
Placement Experience
70 to 80 percent students get jobs through campus placements with 650k as average package, rest have their own business, or do startup or prepare for higher studies, most of the students plan for higher studies or government exams
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is depended on caste, general category has to pay full 192k fees and it reduces as per your caste. TFWS ( Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme ) is available for limited no. of students in which the is significantly less and is available for GEN & GEN-EWS students. Various scholarships are provided to students by government and clubs from college and total education cost per year for a GEN student is around 350k
Campus Life
Infrastructure is mediocre with a small and simple campus, though it doesn't fail to attract wildlife there, many dogs and squirrel and cats and various types of birds can be seen in the campus, regular events of sports and other activities take place such as Pathnatya, Singing competion, dance competition and college fests
Admission
Admission are carried through competitive exams such as cet, jee, after counselling round, you have to be physically present at the reception to avail your seat. Talking about cutoff, for the course I have elected was 93 percentile and may vary depending on current and last year admissions
Faculty
1 teacher for 60 students in theory class, 1 teacher for 20 students in tutorial class and lab, faculty contains teachers having masters or doctorate degree and each one of them having more than 20 years of teaching experience. Teachers are very friendly and guide properly especially during project review which does have dedicated 1 hour slots every week, they encourages student to work on their grasp on one software related to the course out of academics
