Course Curriculum Overview
The current curriculum is based on Kerala Technological University guidelines, which has been in use for the past few years in colleges all over Kerala, but however the college has planned an entirely new syllabus which would be implemented for the new batches.
Internships Opportunities
The college offers many internships opportunities within and outside the country and also provides you with duty leaves for the same. The opportunities vary from department to department. You can also find internships opportunities via the PMI or on your own.
Placement Experience
The college does offer plenty of campus placements . They have campus placement drives and people do get hired into prominent companies within and outside India. Some of them are TVS, Mahindra, Fabcon etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is pretty affordable, you do get plenty of scholarships which would stay active as long as you don't exceed the specified amount of backlogs. The fee is more for even semesters because it includes event,resources etc fees.
Campus Life
The college is packed with clubs like photography club, literary club, dance clubs etc and the college also has its own Innovation and Development Centre (IEDC). The college is also an active member of the Project Management Institute
Hostel Facilities
There are 4 gent's hostel in total within the same compound. One of the hostel is only for freshers. All the hostels are above average and any issues will be taken care of if you report it to the warden in charge. The menu quality is far better when compared to other colleges. There are many PGs nearby
Admission
The college takes in students based on KEAM and JEE qualifications. I was offered a management seat based on the fact that I qualified KEAM for the same fee I would've had to pay if I was on a KEAM allotted seat.
Faculty
Most of the faculties here are graduates for NIT(s) and IIT(s) with doctorates. Faculties of my department are very friendly and supportive as long as you are not on the wrong side. Everyone has a different method of teaching which we'll be exposed to throughout our education and they are good at what they do.
Interview Experience
No written test, there's a face to face interview where they'll ask you questions regarding your choice, they do this to ensure that you're an apt student for the course or department. You just have to be yourself
