I think its strict, and students who follow its rules and regulations can pass out with flying colors. It follows well-defined rules which should be followed by every student on the college campus, and its a very good curriculum.
Internship is provided by the college, and we are also able to do it on our own.

Dislikes

The university to which the college is currently affiliated has an outdated syllabus and poor infrastructure for conducting exams and assigning staff to correct the papers.

Pros and cons of saintgits

Likes

The friendly attitude of same teachers. Hod
The atmosphere of college campus is awesome

Dislikes

The hostel facility is pretty average and warden is not that good
Some teacher are not that great and have average knowledge

Placement Experience:

Before covid our college had so many opportunities. Even amazon took students. But after covid much less placement. But in 2024 there is a lot of improvement. Infosys had came for placement they are recruiting about 60 placements.

This is an easy course if you are upto date. The job vacancies and opportunities are many. As a civil engineering student this course is of great importance in the future. The application of Civil engineering is unimaginable

Saintgits college of engineering, Kottayam.

Likes

Ambience of the college, freedom in college (not in class), Hostel Life is nice.. I like Hostel vibe more than college.

Dislikes

Overloaded syllabus, we have to travel for 20 min to get to the city, no big shops near.

Placement Experience:

As I am first year I have less knowledge about placement, still I know that Saintgits college of engineering... Provides placement for more than 80%. The coarse is good, lab activities are good, I am sure it will help us in the future.

Campus is very beautiful a full green campus
College event of 1 week of 2 days srihsti,1 day prathitya and 2 days of nakshatra which is very fun

Dislikes

Sometimes the college management seems not fair
Some of the events will be cancelled unnecessarily

Yes placement is been provided From semester 7 students beacame eligible for campus placements.TCS amazon south Indian bank some of the robotic companies and some startup companies.my plan after degree is to do a mtech

Most of the students are placed in a decent company with decent package... College provides training session for interviews and makes us ready for it.. And your backlogs mustbe less than 5 inorder to attet the interview

Experience of our College

Likes

Interaction between students and faculty is good. It gives many opportunities to study and help forr good results
Techno cultural event of our College is big one many other students of another colleges are participate in this program

Dislikes

Food of hostel is not good in some days it's badly effect the students
Other entertainment programs and events are very less compared to other colleges

Many students get college placement in all years. Some students get bank jobs and other construction industries and also colleges give an internship program in Taiwan for students with good cgpa and a Mark and also a stipend.

Infrastructure is so appealing and awesome
Super nature friendly campus with lot of trees

Placement Experience:

From semester 6 students having no arrears are eligible for college placements. MNCs like Amazon, Infosys, Ey etc approach the college and about 70% of the students are placed. The highest package goes upto 10 LPA and the average package is 3.2 lpa.

Great autonomous college

The campus looks very good and beautiful when compared to other colleges
They provide a good lab facilities for computer science students
