Likes

Interaction between students and faculty is good. It gives many opportunities to study and help forr good results
Techno cultural event of our College is big one many other students of another colleges are participate in this program

Dislikes

Food of hostel is not good in some days it's badly effect the students
Other entertainment programs and events are very less compared to other colleges

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

I got admission to college in Merit seat. It is the same as a government scholarship. So the fee structure is around 21k in the odd semester and 10 in the Even semester. Also, the exam fees are the full amount paid to us. All other fees are under the government scholarship. The hostel fees are also paid by the government.

Super nature friendly campus with lot of trees

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Tuition fee was very reasonable for the facilities that they provide. The complete cost of my education was 4 lakhs. You will get scholarships based on your marks like post metrics, etc. And wide range of placement opportunities from MNCs.

The teachers are very strict.Security is very strict

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fee is 75000. There is scholarship for Jammu and Kashmir students. There is placements at the end of fourth year in saintgits college of engineering. It has different fee structure in odd and even-sem. Odd-sem fees is higher.

There is scholarship for Jammu and Kashmir students. No scholarship for Kerala students. No tuitions available in Saintgits College of Engineering. There is placements at the end of 4 years in Saintgits.

The campus looks very good and beautiful when compared to other colleges
They provide a good lab facilities for computer science students

Dislikes

The expenditure is very high for a middle class student

For computer science students first we have to pay a caution deposit of 100000 rupees. The fee is different for even and odd semesters since odd semesters include college fest and resources fee(uniform,pmi,ieee memberships etc.) Scholarships are offered

The campus is one of the most beautiful campuses in the state
Unlike other colleges where they don’t spoon feed students, faculty here are concerned about your grades.

Dislikes

Marking attendance for each hour instead of an entire day

The fee is pretty affordable, you do get plenty of scholarships which would stay active as long as you don't exceed the specified amount of backlogs. The fee is more for even semesters because it includes event,resources etc fees.

Pros and cons of SCE

I loved the campus environment which gives a positive energy
More extra curricular activities like skating, sports ,etc., should be promoted in this college

Dislikes

It would be great if there where more extra curricular activities and college fests
College Gym does not have much facilities

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

In each successive semester tution fee increases by 100- 800Rs. Since I got management scholarship which is same as government scholarship, I have pay around 20k in odd years and 10k in even years but unlike government qouta students,if the student who has this management scholarship gets supply the whole scholarship gets cancelled and from that particular year onward you have to pay the management fee which will be around 56k-60k. Our college is also offering a Taiwan internship for students who has good cgpa and ability with stiphen.

Likes

The campus is really good both infrastucturally and aesthetically.
The college provides a wide variety of programs ensuring the participation of students in academic as well as in co curicullar activities.

Dislikes

The college is really strict especially my branch and this creates friction between the staff and students.
The teachers are sometimes very strict and students often feel like they are still studying in school.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The campus offers quite well scholarship offers for the students. Two of them are merit cum scholarship,Pragathi scholarship.The complete cost of the course is about 4 lakhs. There is great space for campus enjoment and a variety of job roles of responsibilties are offered to students for various college events and as part of various clubs.

Quality of education and the staffs are well qualified
Clean and wonderful environment and the staffs and management are excellent

Dislikes

The bathrooms are bit crowded and small compartments
The programs conducted are comparatively lesser throughout the year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

Fees might vary depending on your performance and level for example if you are a government student or a merit student fees would be lesser and if you are an nri or management student the fees structure can be a little heavy . Campus placement and the internship are available throughout the course and is very helpful and and the packages offered are also pretty good

Comparing our college to the other autonomous colleges around... I think we get acceptable amount of freedom. The infrastructure of this college is marvelous. Most of the teachers are friendly and fun to hang out with. Overall its a decent place.
There are lot of opportunities you get around here for interactions and exposure. We have a nation wide tech fest named sristi. Ive seen students around india come here. And we have pratitya and nakshatra. This year we had first position for yip 6.0

Dislikes

The whole college is a little congested. We may feel like everything is so close and limited, but infact it is well structured and organised. Even the workshop area and labs may feel a little tiny.
We have a lot of buses in between 7am - 6pm but availability of autos are very less and buses to particular routes are very less.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The tution fees per year is 72000. The fees is split into two and is paid per sem. Even semester fees are considerably less than the odd sem. There are a few additional charges during the odd semester. We do have fees variations for students who aquired top 5000 in keam exam and fulfill the required income limitations.
