The professors at my college is very supportive and helps us academically.
College provides us different facilities like library, auditorium,sports complex,etc

I have chosen this couse because i have interest in physics and i want to go for further studies doing my m.sc from abroad.there are two types of exam held in college,first one is semester exam and second one is internals on regular basis

Our college has a dedicated career service office that helps students find internships .they offer services such as resume reviews, interview preparation and job search.our college often hosts internship fair

Placement Experience

If you are in third year,you can get placements if you are in courses like b.com (hons),b.com(prog) and several other courses.but in physics hons there is no placement because different students chose further studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

For B.Sc physics honours,fee for one year is about 18000 and there may be increament according to university and you can also get scholarships and get half of your fee back. You can also get internships.

There are different societies in the college like dance society,art society, placement cell,ncc,nss to enhance your social skills The annual fest of college is called nexus and is held in the mont of april

Admission

The admission process of college is very easy.you have to appear in CUET exam which is entrance exam held one time in a year for admission in different universities.the difficulty level of exam is quite low and if you have prepared for your board exams then you can also get good marks in CUET

Faculty

Faculty members ideally have advanced degrees and they are actively engage in research and have publications in different journals.the faculty to student ratio is very low and we regularly interact with teachers

Kirori Mal - The way I see it

Placement Experience:

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

The course is good but placement is very bad in the campus. The frequency of exams is 2 hours or 3 hours depends on the credit of that subject. The exam level is of moderate level. We had pass the exam studying 1 week before the exam.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly

Life when you get into srcc

I am getting in srcc was purely my luck. i applied for this college because anywhere you see you will find the name of this college to be the top college in the commerce field and in every other way. i also applied for hansraj, kmc, hindu, etc but i got into my first preference. the admission process in not very complex you give cuet, score more that the cutoff, then make a preference list, and if you get into college you just have to submit the fees online on the du portal which will confirm your admission....Read More
