The infrastructure is very good like the framing of every department, office, canteen area and Nescafe is very organised.
Formation of every department and faculty is commendable.
Placements, festive celebration, workshop every event is appreciable.

Dislikes

I dislike a point in delhi University is union which is dependent
Behaviour of students among inter departments is not good
Partiality on the basis of reservation and cast.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum of every subject is very organised and schedule of teaching and their teaching methods are commendable. Every subject has proper schedule of teaching including laboratory work, tests, workshop, field trips.

Internships Opportunities

Placement rate is very high in delhi University because of number of course. Delhi University has vast network in international and national companies for placement. Based of number of projects and performance you can welcome internships.

Fees and Financial Aid

So, In Delhi University, fee structure is very simple and organised, there is not other fee like building fee , service fee examination fee, there is only semester wise fees which is divided among 6-6 months like our course fee was 11500 of single semester. There is high rate of placement, and also relaxation in the fees for the reservation students.

Campus Life

Campus life was very memorable because of the friends, participation in the extra curricular activities, workshops, festival celebrations. NCC , NSS students union which is independent, sports facilities are there. Organisation of events, camps are quite commendable, In the library, Every type of book is present for study including newspapers.

Admission

Eligibility of the courses are 10+2 including stream subject as a core subject, and you are fulfilling the cutoff criteria, now there is a entrance exam which is known as CUET which include entrance exam marks and 10+2 marks for the cutoff. Application can find on the delhi University website, dates are in between july-august . There is entrance fees depend the number of course you are choosing for the entrance. Reservation benefits are there in the admission and entrance exam fees.

Faculty

My department is Botany honours. All the faculty members are highly educated and well versed. Older teachers are permanent from so many years and all are PhD holders, some are assistant professors in the department but everyone is phd holder. Our HOD was very supportive for the students. Non faculty members are also supportive in lab work.

A great college for this course with the potential to be the best

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of KMC works really well. Many top companies like Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and Wipro visit the campus. It also arranges internships and placement drives, making sure students are ready for jobs. Overall, KMC provides a lively atmosphere and strong career support. From 6th Semester onwards, students can sit for campus placements. The highest package was upwards of ?30 LPA and the average package is around ?6-8 LPA. Our course saw a similar average package and the highest package was ?23 LPA. Around 30% of the previous batch was placed with the rest going for higher education and other job or entrance examinations. After getting my degree, I plan to go for higher education in statistics or economics. And beyond that I have made up my mind that I want to appear for the UPSC Civil Services Examination and RBI Grade B Officer examination.

Kirori Mal - The way I see it

Placement Experience:

The placements at Kirori Mal College are respectable and are getting better. The fifth semester is typically when students become eligible for campus placements. Numerous well known bussineses like Deloitte, KPMG, EY et. Approximately 50-60% of students are placed through campus drives each year. The average package is approxiamtely 5-7 lakhs per year. After getting the degree I plan on applying for a masters degree in the same field.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college
