Likes

The interaction between me and the faculties members are easy compared to others.
The college class are very interactive and fun for students.

Dislikes

Classes are long and need air conditioning during hot weather.
There are not much official holidays and like to change that

Course Curriculum Overview

I had little coding experience and I gave it a thought why not go for it and persue my carrier in computer science and engineering and here I am following my heart and I like it here and want to evolve my work experience here.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement offered by the college are good companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart are hiring students from our college a the average package is 4-5lakhs and there are students getting 51 lpa and 47 lpa and my plans are getting good pakage as well.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is around 800000 and first year fees is close to 100000 and it is gradually decreasing and it is reasonable and i would like to recommend it to my friend and family as it is affordable. And they also give scholarship to students.

Admission

You need to get atleast 75% at your boards and you have to apply for JEE or WBJEE to apply at our college and get reasonable percentile while you are at it and 120 seat are reserved for CSE (COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING)and seats are reserved for students from Techno India group of school

Faculty

The interaction between the students and faculty members are satisfactory and can improve by the authorities and their involvement.The teacher are of caring nature the students like the interactive session between them.They can be supportive and helpful in various ways.

IIT KGP: The kgpian way

Placement Experience:

4 yr btech students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of their 3rd yr(5th sem) and for placement 7th sem. 5 yr dual degree students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of 4th yr(7th sem) and for placement 9th sem. So many different profile companies came for placements like amazon, google, ibm, apple, l&t, wipro, infosys, texas intrument, etc. Highest package was 3cr and average is about 20-25 lakhs. Insightful Review - Revealing about campus life and academics.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semeter. Companies visited till now are : tejes - 9lpa, keysite - 7lpa, streebo - 5lpa and a few other product based companies with average pakage offered about 3lpa. Higest pakage - salesforce (32 lpa) off campus, keysite (7lpa) on campus. Last year 60% of total students from final year got placed. My plans is to purusue a higher degree as placement scene of your college is not that great and also i have intrest in ai/ml so i want to study future and dive more deep into its concepts

The course curriculum is not that different from other colleges. At the beginning or 1 st semester we are made to complete the bridge course which basically includes stuff we read in classes 11 and 12. But then also they can't teach properly the already read topics.
