Likes
- Small campus so getting from one block to another is easy
- The campus is clean and the water supply is consistent
- Canteens are nice too, currently we have 4 canteens through the campus
Dislikes
- Some teachers don't know nothing about the subjects
- AC is not present in every classroom but in select few
- Water is salty in the washbasins so you can't really do anything with it other than washing hands
Course Curriculum Overview
There is a new updated curriculum now for all the branches of engineering from 2022 and onwards. More branch specific subjects have been added and some obsolete subjects have been removed with the addition of new and trending topics
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is about 1.33 lakhs but it has been increased lately to ~1.5 lakhs per year. Financial aids and scholarships are always available on the GGSIPU website and students can claim it from there into their bank accounts
Campus Life
Campus is small, I personally like that, there are 4 canteens through the campus and the food is okay, it's a hit or miss scenario. There are a lot of technical clubs and societies and it's fun talking/networking with seniors
Admission
Eligibility is based on your score of JEE Main and LEET (for lateral entry through diploma). Application forms can be found on GGSIPU website only. Counselling and documents submission was very easy as well
Faculty
Faculty members are well educated, most of them are either PhD or persuing their PhDs from reputed colleges. Teaching style is also good, understanding them is easy except a few teachers. Approaching them is very easy, they'll always allow you to text/call them and/or visit their cabins anytime you want as long as they are free
