I liked the Sports culture of the College, Infrastructure of the College
I liked the Clubs, Interaction between seniors and juniors is very good, No ragging culture

Dislikes

Faculty is not capable of teaching beyond syllabus, Applications etc..

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum follows same old textbook based syllabus, Coming to computer Science real world applications are required and we do not need theory based subjects which are irrelavent of the course instead increasing labs(practical) more would be nice.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

Campus placements are decent in the college. Based on the market outside the college provides the maximum opportunities they can give to us. They are very supportive and provides with good training and efforts for the placements also.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is high compared to the quality of education and opportunities they give, scholarships availability is very good. Campus employment opportunoties are also good compared to market outside. Fee structure is maybe high I feel.

Campus Life

I am not much involved in clubs much. But the clubs and club opportunities are very good. There will events conducted such as technical , cultural, MUN. The club members and coordinators are also very supportive towards the students.

Admission

I got 10288 rank in state level entrance exam (Ts Eamcet). I attended councling and got seat in this college in first round of councelling. Cutoff is around 12-13k rank for a general candidate. Admission will be done smoothly not much effort if got seat through entrance exam.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is less, Faculty is not sufficient in our branch, Some faculty teach 2-3 subjects at a time for same year or different year. Communications skills of faculty are also not that good.

The placements in our college is very good and more time passes the more it becoming good there are a lot of opportunities from our college. The highest package as i know is 12 lakhs per year and avg is 4lakhs and every student gets chance to get into interview it totally depends upon our skills

Hidden Truth

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have many laboratories for practical knowledge. And also they providing other practical labs for us from other course related. They have installed a seperate computer lab or other elective labs for different branches. And also provide different assistants for every laboratories. They teach us well . Make us to make connections as per the circuit provided. They also teach us how they came into work in the real time life. Mainly they teach us how they are applicable to our real life. And also they preserve the projects and make juniors motivate and make them to learn.

Yeah the course is little bit difficult ???? the teaching methods and classes and the timetable is overall ok....there is no freedom yaar.there will be weektests and unit tests mid exams sem exams so, many will be there.and during labs we have to be behave well because during labs the main strength will be with teachers

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internships from 3rd year, 2nd sem or from the end of 3rd year, 1st sem. Some of the notable companies that have visited the college were accenture, cognizant, tcs. I am planning to pursue masters after my degree completion over here. The highest package as per my knowledge is nearly 19 lakh. Most of the students are assured to get placed in bulk.

My view of Kmit

Placement Experience:

from 3 year 2 semester onwards the students can attend to placements without any active backlogs. The campies visited are drawin box,service now, real page,epam etc. the highest package is 44 lpa and average is 5 lpa. 45 per students have placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually my father was private employee from electrical background so that i choose the Electrical and Electronics branch. So this branch was learned me technically a lot. The course was very difficult but need a guts to chase this.Here practical knowledge also very important from basics and need teaching very neatly to explain such hard topics like mechanism and electronics too.We wrote our exam into twice at 6months by dividing 1-1 and 1-2 etc.The exam time was 3 hours its a sufficient time to write a student with focus and knowledge on topics.

the main reason for me to choose this college is that it is nearer to my house comparing my college on different parameters which I applied for are distance to travel and it seems the best in my town the reason why I was unable to make it into top most of the colleges is that I haven't studied up to the mark the admission process is simple you must have to qualify ts eamcet and then apply for counseling then cross-check with the previous years rankings relevant to the college and apply to the course.
