Can students change their branch after admission to KITSW?

There is a provision for a change of branch in B.Tech in the 3rd semester only. Branch change shall be strictly according to the merit list prepared by the Institute from the regular students based on the total marks obtained by the student in the 1st and 2nd semester examinations put together. Only students who have passed all subjects in a single attempt shall be eligible to apply for a change in branch, provided there is a clear vacancy in a particular branch, limited to the prescribed/approved intake by AICTE in the previous academic session when the students were admitted at the 1st-semester level.

Does KITSW offer PhD programs?

Yes, the departments of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Communication and Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering offer a PhD program, with an intake of 8 people under each research supervisor.

Does KITSW offer any scholarships?

KITSW does not offer any scholarships; however, according to the reviews, it offers fee waivers for students applying through certain reservation categories. Devaraju Uday says that sc, st students got hundred percent scolership there is no tuition fee for them only library fee will be taken (which is INR 10,000). Nandhi Ram Naik says that there is a government scholarship for the students who was qualified in the EAMCET exam. Every caste students are eligible for this scholarship.

The year-wise fee i paid is 8500 per year, for four years the will be 34000 only for st, sc. For other caste 125000 per year and total amount is 500000,and exam fees is separate 2000 per semester and total semester is 16000, government provide some amount, we should apply for that by we. The year wise fee is 1lakh 50 thousand,including tution fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees,development fees,lab fees and others. If a person join in this college and studies history 11 and 12th in government college he needs to pay the whole fees there will be a different criteria on them.

The fee structure at Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science, warangal is divided into various components including Tuition fees,admission fees,lab fees.For my batch the yearly tuition fee is approximately1,25,00 rupees only. And the cauition fees like other charges of registration fees and includes other factors nearly about 7,600.For SC/ST categories there are significant fee concessions,and they have to pay 7,600 yearly.Although there has been slight increase in fee over the years in the year of 2022 the fees is 1,35,000 rupees.
