Best college in Kerala for a student focused only on studies

Just like every other engineering courses or colleges this is pretty much the same. The curriculum is pretty outdated and needs improvement. Our college is affiliated to Abdul Kalam technological University so the curriculum is depends on them. Every 4 years the curriculum changes.

From 2nd year onwards placement training starts. In 3rd year the real placement tests happen to improve our apititude. The companies starts to come by 4th year and the placements start. Companies like TCS,Wipro, cognizant, Amazon etc usually come every year. Many students do get placed here with individual work

Compared to other colleges (appart from government colleges) we do have a liberal fee Structure. The fee is affordable and they also provide scholarship based on marks and cgpa. The campus recruitment is playing as you can get assistance with that. The placements is good and many companies like TCS ,Amazon, cognizant etc used to come here every year

The campus life is alright for me as the campus does not play any role in the student development. It's the students who shape the other students. They really put a large interest in sports as our college is the best in basketball. For a sports enthusiast you can consider this college.

The hostel is the best part of Mits . The good is okayish but the people are amazing . Girls and boys do have separate hostels and curfew timings. Boys hostel is a 100m away from the main campus and the girls hostel is inside the campus. They provide 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom in all hostels with attached bathroom for 2 bed

You can enter this college through Kerala entrance exam and jee too. There are minimal reservation for minority qouta. You can also opt for management seats as they provide that based on 12th marks and that too maths. Also nri admission is also available for nri students

The faculty to student ratio is better than many colleges. They provide the assiative support we need and make us study even when we dont. The school like atmosphere is created here so you will study no matter what. The faculties are qualified and experienced. They have there own unique teaching methods and mentorship which helps the students. We can pretty much interact with the teachers anytime we want.
