Course Curriculum Overview

3

Timing of the exams are pretty fair. But they actually keep 2 exams in one day so that it will be finished soon and teachers can continue their classes. That much study oriented they are. This method is the only reason students fail though they have bright students. Projects helps a lot even after your graduation. If teachers are somewhat prepared and provide notes, then it would be great because we are learning a course so no materials are available.

Internships Opportunities

4

This year they provided internship offers with stipend from good companies-IBM and MyGate. Some of our students could crack that. Other than they didn't bring companies for internship, they were more concentrating on placements which was fair.

Placement Experience

3

Actually placements depends on the years and the companies. But college's placement cell os actually good. They try to bring good companies and provide good amount of training too. They also conduct mock interviews, remaining are eith the students. But a few good companies comes, other are just startuls or small scale companies. A huge problem our seniors encountered was not getting an offer letter, the college printed banners with their photos but after that they haven't received an offer letter.

Fees and Financial Aid

100% tuition-0, total-26,600 >=95% tuition- 8500, total- 35,100 >=90% tuition-30,000 ,total- 56,600 >=85% tuition- 50,000 , total-76,600 Others tuition- 60,000, total-86,600 Either +2 marks or KEAM rank will be considered for scholarship after a student has secured admission in MITS. We don’t collect any donation/deposit & no extra fees other than above in the entire 4 year course except Rs 10,000 as refundable Caution Deposit student admitted in category 1 or 2 in GQ as per the above table failing in at least one subject/not able to maintain minimum SGPA of 7.5 will slide in last category

Campus Life

3

Clubs which supports technical programs are lucky, they get a huge support. Also college provides great support for sports. They habe even hired trainees amd send students for various competitions. Club like Dance club have the least support, they don't want such clubs, and ignore the most.

Hostel Facilities

4

Currently hostel food are fine, earlier it was very bad and even students were sick. After that they completely changed. Most of the dats they provide non veg. Wardens act strict and bosy. Playing area is also provided. Two sharing and four sharing is available. On every weekend they provide staff for cleaning.

Admission

First of all the reason behind we choose this college for many students and parents will the varying fees structure and the amount of strictness this college has. This coollege doesn't ask for a donation of huge amount compared to other college i applied. Also it provides a huge quality in terms of discipline and molding a child.

Faculty

2

This college gives too much importance to studies. So most of the students score well. Even there parents meeting, so students try to earn a good score. Sone of the teachers are too good based on the knowledge as well as thir support. Some doesn't even know the subject since some of them are new, but take classes by reading ppts. I think most of the students learn by themselves. Teachers provide very great support to projects and other technical things. Ofcourse there are teachers who harasses.

Interview Experience

5

No I had good kean score thats how I got this college. It also conoared with your 12th marks. Then a face to face interation was there with the principal, and he decides the category of fee structure we belong to according to our marks. Thats it.

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
