Likes
- First of all, I still remember the team of Officials is too good and friendly to the students specially the new comers. Always, they are as open mouthed to say, "Hi! Welcome. Tell me how can I help you?"
- Then, its library; which was too memorable to me. I didn`t remember, how many hours I spent there. Even, They knock me to keep down my eyes off it.
- Faculties of the university are also much friendly.
Dislikes
- Canteen is not so good to me. Sometimes, smokers make much disturbed us.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure was designed by the experts of the UNIVESITY. They made it very beaully. So, I have ng too much to critic them. Yet, as a student from remote village as I was, we need a groomer then to accumulate the necessary knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
Course fees of our college is more less than other college colleges. When I was a student of this college, I had to pay Rs. 1500 for the entire 1st year including tuition fees, exam fees and so on. Yes, there were the availability of scholarship along with Govt scholarship. Then, there were no any topic related to employment.
Campus Life
Yes, that time, we used to make a very good social life by using various event like Summer Camp, Naveen Baran, Durga Puja, Saraswati Puja etc. We also used to set up some folk Awareness Camp on various topic.
Hostel Facilities
There were hostel facility too. But, I was stayed in a Mess nearby our college. Sometimes, we used to had a meal there in the college hostel. Rice, Fish Curry, Omlet, Daal were the regular dishes for the lunch, and Daal Roti were served at the dinner.
Admission
Then, there were off line admission system. As we don't e the mobile and telephone; we had to visit the college regularly to get the information related to admission and so on. But, it had a very good side effect that we could meet our friends regularly. All the admission was procedure according to the merit list. Then, we had to face two types of exam, internal and external once in a academic year.
Faculty
As I was a student of Egra SSB College; in our batch we were 80. And we have 4 Profssors in our college. Our, Departmental head, Prof. A.C.Biswas, used to make us efficient in English. Prof. D Jana used to tell us many story about learning the poems of Shakespeare. Still, the classroom is present in my mind.
