Course Curriculum Overview

Due to intrest in computer science I choose this course the curriculum is very good you will cover all the important concept needed in the IT industry like DSA, C++ programming, java etc.Exams are not that difficult overall they are from easy to medium one can easily clear them Rather than focusing on theroy University should focus on practicals.

Internships Opportunities

Faculty shares internship opportunities to students time to time. Placement cell also provide internship opportunities . Internships are generally form startups and ministries. Faculties provides all the details about summer internship offered by University etc

Fees and Financial Aid

So during admission you have to pay around 23-26k through the fee portal and from second year onwards you have to pay around 13k for one year .Fees is not that much. In first year you have to pay 23-26k for other things like library, DUSU etc.

Campus Life

In baskaracharya college We have an annual festival called Srijan. Fests are held my departments from time to time. Accessiblity of books from library are easy one can borrow books with just their I'd card Great opportunites for sports are given by college. We have different society in colleges where you can enroll yourself and upskill your social skills etc.

Admission

Maths is comulsory only in cuet exam cut off for off campus colleges is around 500+ for general category, 400+ for obc and around 380+ for sc/st. Above are the cutoffs for off campus colleges for computer science (hons) Cut offs for science students in cuet are much lower due to difficulty of exam

Faculty

I will say faculty to student ratio is Good not that bad. Faculties deliver quality lectures to student and you will be having a great learning experience almost all the teachers have done their phd. And faculty and mentors are easily approachable.

A vibrant college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

as been from the science background I have deep interest in maths already, and I want to continue my passion for it. The proves the critical thinking the imaginary parts and the applications of mathematics. We see every day it motivates to think about these theorems. The curriculum of course is very good, but due to NEP, we have to study subjects like Hindi in our AEC which is very irrelevant to the curriculum and waste our four hours weekly in mathematics, we mainly deal in proof and theorem. There are very less real word applications that are being taught here. There are various areas for improvement like we can adapt the course or the curriculum.in universities like IITs,Cambridge Oxford and other big universities so that the placement and internship percentage can get improved in our college

The Life at Ramjas College.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested course. It's relevant to the exams in that particular field. The syllabus for life and other exams in this field. I think that there is a lack of actual real life practice in basic courses. If could be made more aligned to what we do in real life it would have been better. The exams are easy enough to pass by just studying one month before exams and submitting the internal assessments properly. There are end semester exams which gives enough time to prepare well.

Aryabhatta College (Delhi University), a new but hustling place

Course Curriculum Overview:

i believe CS hons is a decent course. The curriculum is however, very outdated. We are being taught several topics that have no relevance these days and they arent even taught properly. I believe a far better choice would be doing BTech instead since it has a better course and companies prefer that over BSc CS. In terms of preparing for the real world, i believe this course has no use since the most important parts we have to learn it ourselves. Exams are conducted once at the end of every semester (including practical and theory). However during the semesters, there are multiple tests taken to asses our knowledge regularly
