Delhi university: A sweet tragedy

I choose zoology hons at Delhi university and I could choose to go in research, or medical field or in industrial field too. Wet lab experiments are not allowed in the zoology department but I think they should include certain wet lab experiments too so that a student can get more curious and knowledgeable about his/her chosen subject.

The fee of 2 semesters of the 1st year for the zoology department was 26000 which was quite high for the delhi university. There are many ongoing scholarships too which could provide 10k to 25k too. But they hold certain criterias, dropper students could not get benefited of them. There are not much financial aid provided by the university, if they are it is limited to only certain amount of people with proper paper works.

Campus life is good, but not excellent like the north campus or the south campus since our college is an off campus college of Delhi university. But have made very good friends, best people to enjoy fests, trips. Not much fond of clubbing though. Classrooms are good,its how its supposed to be at a college.

Everything went smooth with the admission process but there was only 1 issue, after knowing about the confirmation about my admission I went online to search about the college and the college website had a crash, months later it still doesn't open. To have basic information about the college was not possible due to this issue, my college is Bhaskaracharya college of applied sciences.

Every faculty atleast holds a Phd. Most of them have studied from Delhi university itself. Every proffesor has their plus and minus points but overall they are all good and knowledge centric. For example, a proffesor holds a vast amount of knowledge but his lectures are a bit boring, though he gives insights of higher studies at times, his notes are perfect and compiles all the knowledge while another professor can deliver great lectures but may not give resources for the same. Overall at the end they are all great faculty members and well deserving for their job at DU.
