Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Currently i am in the first year i am not so exposed to my actual fields curriculum but i feel also i have seen The curriculum prepares us for real world application in academic pursuits is providing knowledge of other subjects other than our syllabus . Exam held in between 6 months apart every semester . And unit test is held in department after the completion of units paper 1 paper 2

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Into first year the college do not promote any internship programs they tell to focus on clearing the subjects of first year because mumbai University which is the worst university where transperancy of checking paper is low so i was not into any projects in the first year

Placement Experience

4

Talking about placements generally students are placed around 6-8 semester which college helds the placement rounds. The companies visited varies from year to year but most common are TCS,WIPRO,JIO, ACCENTURE etc. The highest package received was 21LPA in 2022. Percentage of students getting placed also varies year to year which is around 45%. My plans after getting degree depends on how much interest i develop in the course if i am into it i will try for better companies that which are offered by college

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very complex the total fee is 135420 from which around 114000 is the tution fees and other are miscellaneous. We are do provided with scholarship by the state government for the category students who are enrolled by CAP rounds. Unlike other colleges my college charges full fees where other colleges charge half fees as per the government

Campus Life

1

The annual fest of the college is TML which is the only time of the year where the faculty promotes socialising and involvement of students in the fest other than that our college do not provide or promote any fest rather that those are linked to academics which seriously makes me angry. Library of the college is very neat, clean and organized, books are issued on weekly basis. The classes are equipped with good tech devices like prohectors but the only thing is they are not ofent used as we know our indian education system is not more based on practical knowledge is more into theoretical knowledge. Sports and extra curricular activities are not engaged they are neither promoted the college is like a school where you only study and focus on academics no social life no sports just attend classes and study also the sports rooms are closed and is open after the lecture timings are over just wow!!

Admission

The admission process was hassle free but the intake is very unbiased since our college is minority based college and the students are not that much skilled or smart for that course due to minority they intake any students if you score less in MHT-CET actually which should be stopped. Talking about the exams in one semester 3 exams are held as per the mumbai University that is two unit tests for internals and one is the end semester The college should improve their minority cutt off for the courses please choose students wisely

Faculty

4

The faculty student ratio is normal. The faculty is very encouraging in terms of academics and interactive classes are held . Do not compromise taking lectures ofent more lectures are taken rather than which are assigned by the university

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are decent, especially for computer related branches. Students usually become eliggible for campus placement from the 7th semester. The placement cell conducts taining programs from earlier semesters, including aptitude tests, technical sessions and mock interviews to prepare students. Many companies visit the campus every year, mainly from the IT and software sector. Some ofthe common recruiters include companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant and mid level companies. A few products based or higher paying companies also visit for specific branches. The average package is usually around 4-6 LPA while the highest package can go above 10-12 LPA in some years, especially for computer science and IT students. The placement percentage varies by branch, but overall, around 70-80 % of eligible students get placed with higher percentages in computer related branches. As for my personal plan, after completeing my degree, I aim to get a good campus placement in a reputed company and start my career in the engineering field. I also plan to keep improving my technical and communication skills during the course to increase my chances of getting a better package.

Highest package offered till date is 52LPA. 80% students gets placed on campus. My plan after degree is to work as employ & then start own startup.
