Likes

Faculties of our department are very friendly in nature
Placement ratio is quite good for Tech branches
There is a hostel for girls from 1st yr to 4th yr.Girls get seats of hostel according to their pointer.

Dislikes

One Building constituent 2-3 departments. There is no separate building for each department only Civil branch had their own building

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it is highly recommended course. Placement ratio of CSE students are good. Course had theory as well practical subjects which forces us to do coding which are good for our placement. DSA is compulsory if we want to go for campus placement.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 43150 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are different fee amount for different categories. OPEN - 75,000? -85,000? OBC- 42,000?-44,660? SC- 3000?- 5000? ST- 2000?-3000? Above mention fees are applied if we're eligible for mahadbt scholarship. Also college had alumi scholarship scheme which are held under alumi association.

Various events are organized in our college mainly there is Tech fest called Prajwalan and cultural fest called Zenith are held in our college which are the biggest events. There is ' Kalpana Chawla Trophy' (KCT) sports are held in our college where various departments take part and winning department got KCT trophy. There are various clubs Robo-Tech Forum, Artclub, Dance club, E-cell, music club etc. which helps students to showcase thier talent and improve thier skills.

Admission

Mht-Cet is the entrance exam through which we can get admission in this college. The cut-off is different for various categories.For CSE branch the cut-off of OBC students is 96%tile and for OPEN it is upto 97- 98%tile. We can get information about admission process in college official website.

Faculty

Visiting faculty are very good. Some teachers teach very well while some lecturer's teaching are not good. Teacher's behaviour are nice. They take class test after completion of 1,2 lessons. Also they give questions for practice so we can score good in exams.

The Overall experience of an average student

Placement Experience:

7th semester or 4th year makes you eligible for internships and placements. NVIDIA visits our college often i don't know much about the placements as im only in first year but yes the eligibility for the placement is over CGPA which eliminates a lot of students during the placements nearly ~75% of the students get placed (including off and in campus) the other 20% pursue higher studies the other 5% go for start ups

Placement Experience:

Student become eligibble for compus placements from third year. There are many companies who had came to MIT WPU like Nvidea, CJ , who are offering a pretty good pacakge . Giving the highest package of 51 LPA and average package of 7 LPA. Around 75% of students get placement from MIT WPU.

Amity University Mumbai : is it worth it?

Placement Experience:

As on date, the placements from Amity University Mumbai go quite well, and this is also the reason considerate students get placed after having undergone their seventh semester and beginning of eighth semester. All said and done, to everyone's concern in and outside Campus, companies like Google, Microsoft do not regularly visit Campuses

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester, the internship opportunities and full time placement opportunities starts to come, For my batch, Veritas, coditas , Worldline, Wipro, KPIT, CrelioHealth, Kylas these companies came with a good package which was greater tha 4 LPA. Highest package was from veritas 12 LPA, Kylas 7 LPA, and average was arount 3.5-4 LPA. Arount 60% students gets placed. I am placed with a good package through campus placement only

i got 97.43percentile in MHT CET i have more college options in other locations like pune,Mumbai,sangli etc Other Colleges like coep,pict,etc are very good but i get the lower branch in top instute. GCOEA college is the best college in the Amravati district, moreover it is a autonomous government college having deccent placements than other private colleges in the city. Pros and cons of GCOEA

For taking admission in the Government Colleges of Maharashtra every student should have to give the MHTCET exam which are Conducted after 12 Board exmination . Students should have give MHTCET Exam in PCM (Physiscs, Chemistery,Maths) group. I have found application form in MHTCET website, where all details were given. As i am belong to Reserve Category and with additional and my father was Ex- Army person, which made my increase my chances to take admission in Government college . Pros and cons of GCOEA

I took admission through CET examination which give percentile so first student should given the MHT-CET exam. Then he or she will be eligible for CAP admission process, where we need to put the list of required colleges and branch. As per our ranking in the exam we get the admission.
