Thinking for Good - Think CGC Jhanjeri

Currently the college is affiliated with Punjab technical university for its course curriculum. The curriculum which ptu provide they teaches us accordingly. There are two mid semester test in each semester conducted by the college and at the end of sem final exams are conducted by ptu.

Currently I had completed my 1st year. So due to lack of internship skills I didn't do internship. Internships are provided in 3rd year of the course. But regular hackathons are scheduled for freshers to gain confidence about coding culture.

From 6th sem Amazon, flipkart, TCS, wipro, Dell, Infosys,etc there are 800+ companies. Almost all deserving students get offer letter. Highest package 45.5 lpa Average package 4-5 lpa 80% students get placed To go for a campus placement.

Scholarship is based on: > jee mains > 12th marks > cgc Josh scholarship test The fees of my course which i pay is 64,150/- per sem Hostel fees is based on the basis of the students residing i it. Eg- 4 seater non ac room is of 110000/- per year

Annual fest is held after certain period, in this year in March it is held, tech fest is also held on the occasion of national science day, Library is also very good. The books are up to date. There are almost all facilities which a student needs. Every classroom has projector inside it for virtual learning. it offers a great curricular activities like dancing, modeling, singing, sports. There is Department of student welfare (DSW) which runs for students problem.

Currently talking about 4 seater non ac room- It has 4 beds, two ceiling fans, along with a cooler for summer heat prevention. There is separate place for studying in room, Almirahs are also provided for keeping essentials safe. Food quality is 7/10 and the menu is changed every week. Hostel is provided on the day of admission.

Above 60% marks in 12th boards. There is there website (cgc jhanjeri) there they provide all information. There is reservation which i currently don't know. There are 2 mid sem. Test conducted after that at the end of sem. Final sem exams are conducted.

Faculties are highly qualified. There are teachers who had done PhD in there respective subjects which help the students to learn the subject deeply. There interaction with students is also very good. They guide the students about the steps to be taken further for a bright future ahead.
