Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well defined and subjected to changes as Changes in industry requirements.Overall the course is good. Exams here in lnmiit are no piece of cake they are really difficult, also the lab component of exam is also pretty good.

Internships Opportunities

People get internships here but not many are provided by the college you have to work hard yourself to get those. I am not currently aware of what kind of companies are visiting the college for internships so I won't be of much help in this regard.

Placement Experience

The placement of the scenario of Lnmiit is really good. One can find the placement data on the LNMIIT website. Last year's average was around 16lpa for CSE and the median was somewhere around 14.5lpa. The highest package was 1cr which was offered off campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is on the high side. The total fees for the whole 4 years of Btech for the y23 Batch is around 25lacs including hostel and mess fees. There is a provision of a 10% hike every year in feces. There is a scholarship provided to those who have a high rank in Jee Advance, in addition, there are also BPL Scholarships. If you manage to land a CGPA of 9.25 above there is also a little scholarship for you.

Campus Life

The campus life is really good we get to meet over people from different backgrounds the crowd is almost from all over India which provides a diverse environment however infrastructure is a little lacking there is no auditorium in the college and very little sports complex.

Hostel Facilities

The Hostel Facility is really good here and the mess quality is also good considering the amount of money they charge. There is no provision for day scholars all students are mandatory to stay in the hostel provided by LNMIIT. But there is always room for relaxation.

Admission

The application process was pretty standard. The cutoff for the CSE Branch was between 96 to 97 percentile. There is no whatsoever reservation policy of any kind in the LNMIIT. Exams are conducted frequently and they are on the tougher side.

Faculty members are well qualified but as we all all know nobody actually studies in the class itself most of the time we have to refer to internet resources but some professors teaching ability is really good.

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

the college provide good placement and internship opportunities and the average package stays around 12-13 lpa , almost 80% students get campus placement in good companies and the exams and eligibility process is very simple - just maintain the good cgpa with good commincation skills

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.

LNMIIT College latest review.

I applied to Thapar, IIIT Kota, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Bhopal and BITS Pilani. Thapar has very large batch size so I did not chose it. IIIT Kota does not has a permanent campus so I rejected it, for IIIT Sonepat there has been a decrease in its value from previous decade so I rejected it. I got rejected from BITS Pilani due to low score in BITSAT. Admission process is good, only JEE Mains scores are considered and some Rajasthan Board toppers quota is there. I applied for amrita vishwa vidyapeetam coimbatore, VIT vellore and Lnmiit. I didn't get any rejection from any college. I applied for Jaypee college noida , Manipal University except lnmiit . I got confirmed admission in Jaypee . I chose lnmiit as it is ranked higher and also have a better reputation than those and is also tougher to get in . I didn't make it other colleges as my scores fell short .
