I liked the only Sunday classes concept, with Saturday online classes

Dislikes

College class room is not in the best condition
It seems like there is no maintenance done in last few years

Course Curriculum Overview

The course overall is good enough we have 4-5 major subjects and 2-3 side subjects . Side subjects like pol science , bba , bms and others . Which helps us to understand the other topics in a same course . So i am pursuing Bachelor's of commerce Honnors so we have the mojor heads like cost accounting business law and others combined with english and Hindi together.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 9000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

So , if we talk about the fee structure for the course so it is around 9000 Rupees for b.com hons and if someone belongs to the Scheduled caste category then there fees goes as low as 0 . Or if someone belongs to a not well to do family so there are some finincial aid programs also for those .

Campus Life

There is no involvement in clubs and any socialising events because mostly those events are for the regular going students. So for the students there is no gathering and all. But there is an community of sol students where all of them can discuss about the upcoming events like exams aur assignments

Admission

For School of open learning, Delhi University there is no as such cut off criteria or any entrance exams to clear . You just need to fill a form on the Du Sol portal online and you are good to go. They will revert you with a mail mentioning you roll no. And other details

Faculty

So for Du Sol there are almost 40-50 students per class and the ratio of teacher by students is around 3:50 which is not bad if we see as an open school . The faculty overall do a good job even on weekends to teach the students with there full potential and gives the best they can . They also help us when in need they will share the important topics about the course and even suggest that who come a student from open school can be shifted to a full time college

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

Placement Experience:

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.

Life when you get into srcc

Placement Experience:

students become eligible to placements from the fifth semester. some famous companies that come for the placements are deloitte, BCG, McKinsey, pwc, adani, etc etc average package is 9 LPA and highest was 36 LPA of all time

My du sol campus review

I applied for cuet to enter a regular college but unfortunately I didn't score well and didn't get any regular college which provide BMS as their course but in sol you do not have to apply to cuet you are selected on the basis of your 12th marks and I scored good in 12th so I got enrolled in dusol. of whose purpose it matches, du sol is a great choice

du sol allows students to not only pay focus on studies but gain practical knowledge wherever they want to, which is hard for regular colleges students, hence good choice for working students. this was my main reason as i am also pursuing cma alongside practical training. the admission process is utterly simple as there is no test for admission but only an admission form...Read More

Good for degree
